K00L
Looks like someone is gonna be in trouble:Animals and Birds: Unreasonably loud and raucous noise emitted by ananimal or bird for which a person is responsible. A person is responsible for an animal ifthe person owns, controls or otherwise cares for the animal or bird. Sounds made by animals or birds in animal shelters, kennels, veterinary hospitals, pet shops or pet kennels, licensed under and in compliance with licensing and permitting provisions set forth in theUnified Development Code, chapter 240 of this Code are exempt from this subsection. So despite the fact you are licensed to own and breed exotic animals you can't have your loud parrots sitting on your porch for all your neighbors to hear. This guy moved back in with his parents because he didn't pay for his house (so he lost it but the idiot kept all his exotic cats). Now it smells like a zoo outside my house and I can hear a loud bird noise all day inside. There is also a very high probability that he had some encounters with law enforcement for drug use. Not 100% on that but pretty sure none the less. Him and his wife also threw trash into my yard before. His dad wasn't very happy with him. In fact I think its all the mom that's protecting him like this. We can't say anything because she knows everyone in the town (downside to being in a small town, gotta watch what you say) and could probably very easily get everyone to support her. Except for the people living near her. I wonder if I could use the excuse that my family is allergic to cats to get him out? We have been here long before him. dirk45
K00L, Seeing on your profile that you are from MO, I can offer the services of my half-cousins. They are sociopaths that love to kill exotic animals, they live in Sikeston. They have four wheelers and inbred dobermans, within an hour they can be ready to go.ย ย In all seriousness, write an email or letter to your local law enforcement email/address (should be on your town/county website) and if there is someone else in the neighborhood that agrees with you about the noise get them to do so as well. Letters can be anonymous so you can avoid the whole social ostracizing retaliation thing.ย [i think I know the type of guy you are dealing with so I would assume going up to the guy and asking politely for him to deal with his animals is out of the question.]
Iv000
Animal problems I see. Hope you get them sorted out soon, K00L. I have no idea how things work over there, so I can't help.

Then we'll probably call the sheriff since he's the only one who can take care of this (for whatever dumb reason that's our county law). And yeah. Asking him is not an option. Already tried that. And once he rammed his cart into my mom when she was at some store and saw him. Then she didn't talk to him so he told his mom (he is in his thirties by the way) who then proceeded to call our house and ask why she wouldn't talk to him. Omfg Elementary school behavior. -.-ย Animal problems I see. Hope you get them sorted out soon, K00L. I have no idea how things work over there, so I can't help.Yeah. They aren't BIG cats but they are bigger than house cats. I believe they are Caracals and Servals mostly (at least those are the ones he breeds...). My mom has been upset about this so I looked up the county's regulations on this stuff and found this out. She doesn't want to do that though so I'm not sure what will happen. The only problem I have is how loud and smelly the animals are. The cats smell so bad and they make the most awful noise when he takes their babies away D:Then they have the two birds that ALWAYS make noise. M48A5
@KOOL - The county Health Department might be able to lend some assistance, also. Despite your problems with the local wildlife, I win.
