Hi Buddah , thanks for replying this fast, but unfortunatly it didn't work. i changed the host file on windows vista (home premium) an ubuntu 9.04 jaunty, none of both worked, i also tried connecting directly to the ip (http://77.72.7.90), so there was no need of domain name server, but still no luck.

last thing i tried was pinging the server, but after a minute i aborted the ping, because it didnt work either.

(my console log)

tom@tom-laptop:~$ gksudo gedit /etc/hosts

tom@tom-laptop:~$ ping www.fallout3nexus.com

PING www.fallout3nexus.com (77.72.7.90) 56(84) bytes of data.

PING www.fallout3nexus.com (77.72.7.90) 56(84) bytes of data.

^C

--- www.fallout3nexus.com ping statistics ---

178 packets transmitted, 0 received, 100% packet loss, time 177853ms

I've just left a comment for one of the files on TESNexus (underdark), and, for some reason, the comment isn't showing on the file's page, although the comments number increased in the tab.

It shows in the forum thread, though.

Edit: It shows, but not as the latest one(?). A local timezone bug?

some editing that i did yesterday,

which i comfirmed had taken place,

has reverted to the previous state today.

i am also receiving network timed out and ips errors.

trouble at t'mill?

edit: some comments that i and others made earlier today have gone.

it's as if the database has rolled back to the position it was in yesterday afternoon/evening.

Earlier today I've said that after Nexus sites were finally reached from Russia, they started to work more slowly than at the previous servers. I don't know who did what, but now they are just flying and I (as well as my friends) can gain access to any part of the data without connection glitches and bugs. Looks like all problems are gone for good.
