Undoubtedly, it is a great game, but like all new games it seems to have a lot of bugs, which I am sure will be patched soon enough. Oblivion was of course the same!

The one thing that I dislike, and maybe I should have read more about the game beforehand, is that it isn't a single player RPG. I'm used to games like OB and MW and I can't quite get round the tactics aspect of having a party to organise, no doubt that will come. Also you cannot really free roam in the sense that you can in OB/MW/FO3, where you can just decide to go walkies anywhere you like. You are limited to specific entrances/exits to the next part of the world. Drakensang is much the same.

That's why I think, having played it, that good though it is, it is NOT going to wipe Oblivion off the map after all.

inspite my initial reservations, I love playing this game, there a million things I miss when comparing it to Oblivion. But the story is great and involving, The character are well done and it is easy to start caring for them more ( I was actually a little sad at when I started the final quest as I knew our travels would come to an end.)

As for the backgrounds and environments I miss movement of trees, grass or water it sometimes feels like the game is paused when you stand stilll. I think I miss most is the inability to have random adventures while traveling. or just exploring the realm.

still as even though I count myself as an EA hater i must admit that bioware seemed to have produced a fun100+ Hour game which I would regret not playing and would recommend to any one. Now lets bring the mods cause this game could use some. a player home player home (with storage)

Anyway, wish all of you a good time with this game and I'm sure you will.

p.s. I played a rogue city elf and my team has two warrior and a mage

A strategy tip in combat send your warrior to kill the lowest enemies first and place your rogue(-archer) behind your main target and have your mage entertain the strongest enemy till your warriors have killed the archers and weak enemies. this strategy has helped me greatly.

waiting anxiously for the game arriving next Tuesday.

Yet I know what I'm expecting and it's not a FPS or an Action RPG or whatever else than not a good old party RPG :)

It appears that I need to round up a copy of this game.....something tells me that I need to know something about it.

You cheeky little sod.

I was planning on getting it next week anyway.....usually a week behind locally and I don't feel like driving 100 miles just to get it.
