thanateros
If you're ever in Leyawin I would highly suggest doing the town quest where you get the Staff of Everscamp. It's a staff that makes 4 scamps follow you around everywhere you go. The novelty of these guys are that they are extremely weak and everytime they die, another gets summoned. I thought about doing the quest to get rid of it, but then i realized I could train on these guys all day long. Sure enough, pissing them all off and letting them wail on me while I healed got my armor skill through the roof in no time. If you want a solid way to train, that makes you physically train against them, then I recommend getting this staff (you don't have to have it equipped for it to work, and it weighs nothing since it's a quest item). Peregrine
Hahahhaha, wow... now I wish I could actually play the game, just to get that. Infinite meat-shields, an archer's dream!
Switch
Except they don't attack enemies, and enemies ignore them, so they're not much use as tanks. ^^; Wish I'd thought of that training trick before I got rid of the staff. Oh well. Nice work figuring that one out thanateros. :P
loveme4whoiam
Hang on, then what use are they? IF they don't attack people who are attacking you, and enemies don't attack them, then they have no purpose other than to be a small entourage for you to live out your catwalk dreams with. Adras
Exactly. They are ment to be annoying, not helpful. I wish I had done that before doing that quest also. But can you not also just go back to the cave where you delivered it to and pick it back up, or does it dissappear?
Erlkoenig
I thought they would attack and tried to make them fight but then They blocked my exit on the end of the quest.
batesmotel34
I thought they would attack and tried to make them fight but then They blocked my exit on the end of the quest.I believe the staff remains after you complete the quest. I didn't try to pick it up again but it deifnitely stays visible. I used the scamps for raising hand to hand. They are also a handy source of petty (I think) souls if you have petty soul gems to fill. I harvested a some with Umbra before practicing my hand to hand. Erlkoenig
I raised my hand to hand and destruction with them, and they are still in the house!
Dezedor
If you complete the guest and get the reward, the staff will dissappear (tryed retrieve it a couple of times). The staff does following: Adds 4 everscamps always following you. they ignóre anyone but you and everyone ignores them. they often block your way, and does never take the hit supposed to hit you. The staff is slowing you down to.
