BooneoftheWasteland
Thanks jim_uk for the update notice. So have they released specific details on this patch? It'd be nice to know if I can drop certain mods that I use, Veronica fixes, etc. Wow this is a pain. I fear an explosion of epic proportions if I update this.... BooneoftheWasteland
My update is that after the nvse update and patch, my game seems to be running fine, readius and all so far. Update: I believe the patch broke FNVEdit. Edited December 15, 2010 by Boone of the Wasteland

frank lee
Okay, patch went in no problem. NVSE no Problem. Readius is good. Still get staggers as I move from the Goodspings cell to the cemetery cell and the texture is still lagging but it seems a tad less pronounced. That's all I have for now, seems to be good. ClayboTGW
I noticed 2 more possible things that the new patch has changes 1 The Stutter Remover mod does not reconize the new patch version also for you advanced ini tweakers out there the patch restored your ini files back to there default settings. after redoing my ini tweaks again my game now runs super smooth again. JimboUK
In the 90+ hours I played before the patch I only had a couple of crashes, now the damn thing is as unstable as FO3. Who made this patch? Bethesda or Obsidian? I'm guessing it's Bethesda as their software is always keen to show you your desktop.
WizardOfAtlantis
Has anybody experienced in-game what the ramifications of this update are? That list in the beginning was HUGE.
Auxois
Heh, I'm really curious to find out... Well, let's start over. I'm really eager for the Community Bugfix maintainer - whoever it is now, something with an L - to figure out what still needs fixing from the Community Bugfix patch. That patch made the game work correctly, and I am loathe to play without it. Still, I don't want it to re-break things that the new official patch fixes. Hrmmh. On a tangentially-related note, can anyone here verify if the energy weapons changes that were discussed made it into this update?
frank lee
As I'm having a whole crop of fresh bugs post update 4, I'll open a new thread just to catalog them. Hopefully some genius can figure out what it all signifies.
