ziitch Posted March 7, 2011 Share Posted March 7, 2011 I only got as far as the login screen. As soon as I found out the demo was MP and required login I quit the game. Seriously, where do developers get the idea that a demo should be multiplayer? If there's a singleplayer section, use a slice of the plot as a demo, no questions asked... Vindekarr Posted March 8, 2011 Share Posted March 8, 2011 I get the feeling only a few of these folks played the original, the MP was the life of the game IMO. It always had some focus on MP, particularly in WarHead which supposedly added more to MP than SP. And besides, it's an EA game, and they're almost always fairly MP oriented. I've played it, I've played it online (no trouble logging in here) and I can tell you now, it's worth it. Graphics are Crysis graphics, and the gameplay is excellent. I dont know what went wrong for you folks, but I'd advise you actualy play the game before you shout "I hate it and crytek, I havent even played it and I know it sucks" and also remember that it's a demo, not the final release code-the game isnt out for another month. I have played it on lowest setting and it looks bril. It plays bril too. you shouldnt listen at all to those reviews. make your mind up yourself.
