GothikaGeist
Issue still persisting, krystal.co.uk has the same problem. And it seems AT&T just wants to play the blame game... Guess we just gotta wait and see what happens. Edit: Again I have to add that the PC connected to my AT&T router (via Ethernet) has issues connecting to Nexus Mods and Forums, BUT my tablet can acccess both on WiFi using the same AT&T router/connection (NOT cellular). Strange. Edited October 12, 2015 by GothikaGeist
Dark0ne
I can't confirm the IPv6 thing right now (I'm 99% sure we're covered on that one, as our host became IPv6 compliant years ago), but why would this supposed incompatibility only occur between set hours in a day? Makes no sense for it to be going on and off like that. Edit: Quick check on http://ipv6-test.com/validate.php suggests we aren't fully IPv6 ready, though I can't attest to the validity of this testing script. However, there are literally millions of sites in the same boat as us on this one. Popular examples: http://www.[Blocked URL: Spamming mod authors with advertising links]http://www.pcgamer.comhttp://www.reddit.comErgo, if those sites listed above don't work for you at the same time that Nexus Mods/Krystal don't work, then yes, it will be IPv6 that's the issue. Else, it's AT&T giving you the "fob off" answer to try and assign blame.
Arthmoor
Maybe this is AT&T doing some kind of wide scale testing for an IPv6-only network? Nexus has no AAAA record, so under those conditions it would fail. Strikes me as just a bit too soon to be pushing for IPv6-only though when so many large site have yet to bring themselves into compliance.
GothikaGeist
All 3 of those sites are working for me right now, so its not the IPv6 issue they say.
Arthmoor
Bethesda's official site isn't IPv6 compliant yet either so you can also test there to see if they come up or not.
mlee3141
Interesting enough, the issue seems resolved at the moment (for me, at least), which is why I'm able to post this. Looks like AT&T actually fixed it instead of playing the "blame game" for a few more days; let's hope this stability lasts.

Anyways, the three sites that @Dark0ne mentioned are working perfectly but not Nexus. It's 11:30pm here in Northern California and Nexus seems to receive back its signal about 4-5am local time and dies about 6-7pm. I've been having issues since last week but only yesterday I've noticed this peculiar schedule. UPDATE: I checked the site to test the IPv6 and both Bethesda forums and Nexus forums are not "IPv6 ready". But Bethesda forums works for me and not Nexus. HippeusOmega
God this is discouraging. Its so hard to get my mod fix when I can't access the site cause of ATT. I couldn't access the site again for another 5-6 hrs. ATT fix your mess your getting in the way of me and my mod fix and that is unacceptable lol. Dark0ne
We are still looking at things but everything points to this being an issue with AT&T. We have no ability to completely block an entire ISP at any level, and obviously it would make no sense for us to do so, especially not during specific set hours in the day. All tests show no errors or problems with our network and up our pipeline.
