I installed it BEFORE I made the .ini changes.

Do I need to re-install NMM?

Nope, you just need to make them if you want to install mods.

Is there any way to have the Download manager recognize more than one "MOD Manager"? I use both NMM and MO for various games. I would like to choose from a dropdown as to which Manager to download it to.

At the moment I can set it up for MO to handle the links or NMM to handle the links but not to be able to chose which one to use at a particular time for a particular game.

There are games that NMM works better for and some that MO is more useful, I love both Managers and don't want to have not use one or the other.
