Missing Categories

I'm not sure how a few of the posters I've seen in other threads "count" the categories in their menus, but my mods list is far shorter than a few I've seen and I'm missing categories. I've removed a number of mods that, while they would be nice to have, I find I'm just not using them enough to justify the broken menus. So I removed them in an effort to try and get all my menus back, but to no avail.

Here is my load order from plugins.txt:

Fallout4.esm
ArmorKeywords.esm
Homemaker.esm
SettlementKeywords.esm
Snap'n Build.esm
SpringCleaning.esm
Homemaker - Unlocked Institute Objects SK.esp
BrighterSettlementLights_ExtraBrightv1.1.esp

Snap and Build - Patches.esp
Snap and Build - Modules.esp
Fusebox Generator.esp
Armorsmith Extended.esp

I've tried playing with load orders and moving things around, but currently I'm ending up with Armorsmith and Clothing showing only 1 category and Chemistry showing the basic categories like Utility, Syringes, etc plus whatever category (singular) is showing up in the other two tables (screenshots attached). The shown category changed as I was unloading/removing and reordering mods, but I have no idea how to tell which mod is limiting me and I'm not sure where to start. Fallout 4 is the first game I've dealt with mods, so this whole scene is new to me.

Computer shouldn't be an issue, my rig is:

Win 10 Pro

Intel Core i7-6700K @ 4.01 GHz (I backed off from 4.44 GHz in case it was somehow affecting the odd CTD I'm getting randomly when running around settlements. Doesn't appear to be anything to do with mods, it just happens at random times and random places, never the same place or item twice)

MSI Z170A Gaming M7 Motherboard

32 GB of DDR4 3400 RAM

2x MSI GTX 980Ti 6GB Graphics cards in SLI

3x 4K Monitors

1x 512 GB M.2 SSD with the OS and (since I wasn't paying attention to Steam's settings before installing it) Fallout 4

1x 1 TB SATA SSD with the mods installed (Nexus has Admin privileges to handles folders on a separate drive)

Nexus MM with latest updates.

All mods with latest available updates as of Jan 17 @ 22:43 MST.

I'm running at 3840 x 2160 resolution and generally getting 50-60 FPS. I get the odd slow down after I've been playing for a couple/few hours, but a save and restart solves that.

Any ideas? Help is most appreciated.

Thanks,

Tyler

UPDATE: Problem still persists, but I realized those screen shots weren't entirely accurate since I had taken them before the last mod shuffle. The mod list is correct, though. New screen shots are attached, I added Chemistry and Cooking stations. Sized to keep them under the 250kb limit.

This is the same limitation that is in the Workshop but in the Workbenches. Settlement Keywords is made to work around the limitation in the Workbenches. I mentioned it to Stuyk(author of Settlement Keywords) and it is the same limitation that was in the Workshop. Currently there is not a framework/structure in place for workbenches like Settlement Keywords is trying to provide for the workshop.

I ran into this workbench limitation when I was just adding item crafting mods before I even added any building/workshop mods like Homemaker or Alternate Settlements. All the recipes seem to be availble for me but stuffed into 1 category and the category sometimes gets renamed based on load order.

Sorry to say but I do not think there is a current fix for it as far as I know.

Depending on your particular install the below may help. If it doesn't help now it will when it and the other mods are updated to use it.

http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6091/?

Thank you Mac2636 but that is not the purpose of AKCR, it is mainly for sorting inventory which is unfortunate.

Gambit77 clarified that it does not add category keywords in a response to someone asking them to add similar information to what Settlement Keywords provides at the bottom of its description page.

Gambit77 wrote:

"Yes we'll add this info, although at the moment the keywords this adds aren't menu category keywords, which is what's important for avoiding the formlist cap bug. So right now the the count for those first two is 0.

Although there will be a new update coming out. We're basically setting up shared Armorsmith and Weaponsmith workbenchs with a shared set of menu category keywords for both. Literally every modder that added new workbenches for armor and weapon crafting is switching to the new system and it should drop our combined menu category keyword footprint by a sizeable amount."

kingcluex, just check the latest updates to AWKCR, Armorsmith and Crafting Workbenches . They have done it  . Unified Keyword resource for Clothing, Armors and Weapons done, AE and CW already ported towards it . Ill install al that either later tonight or tomorrow morning, and then throw all the Building MODs in . IF this finally enables me to use AE, CW, AS; OCD, HM, RD etc. without ANY keyowrd/category mismatch whatsoever - I am going to have to win the lottery so I can shower all the people involved in making it happen with money  .

I updated AWKCR to 1.69.

I updated Armorsmith to 2.6.

I updated Crafting Workbenches to 2.0.

Created new workbenches.

*Found the categories glitch still in Crafting Workbenches.

Disabled all mods except for my settlement mods.

Found the categories glitch still in Crafting Workbenches (the AMMO and Junk workbenches) even after disabling all my other workbench mods.

The Armorsmith Workbench and the Weaponsmith Workbench made by Gambit77 does not have the categories glitch any longer.

The only mods I had active at the time:

Fallout4.esm

SettlementKeywords.esm

ArmorKeywords.esm

Homemaker.esm

Worsin's Garage.esm

Robot Home Defence.esm

Homemaker - Greenhouse and Bunker Disabler.esp

Homemaker - Unlocked Institute Objects.esp

SuperHelpfulItemTidying.esp

Armorsmith Extended.esp

Crafting Workbench.esp

Crafting Workbenches - Ammo.esp

Various Flare Guns.esp

Various Flare Guns - Optional (Crafting Ammo Workbench).esp

Crafting Workbenches - Ammo Special.esp

Crafting Workbenches - Junk Items.esp

Crafting Workbenches - Pre War and Manufactured.esp

AlternateSettlements.esp

Snap and Build - Greenhouse.esp

Flags of the Old World.esp

ModelRobotDisplay.esp

NukaColaDisplayStand.esp

NX Pro - Farm Core.esp

skmerge0.6.esp

Also tried it with this load order:

Fallout4.esm

ArmorKeywords.esm

SettlementKeywords.esm

Homemaker.esm

Robot Home Defence.esm

Armorsmith Extended.esp

Homemaker - Greenhouse and Bunker Disabler.esp

Homemaker - Unlocked Institute Objects.esp

SuperHelpfulItemTidying.esp

TagBag.esp

AlternateSettlements.esp

Snap and Build - Greenhouse.esp

Flags of the Old World.esp

ModelRobotDisplay.esp

NukaColaDisplayStand.esp

NX Pro - Farm Core.esp

skmerge0.6.esp

Crafting Workbench.esp

Crafting Workbenches - Ammo.esp

Crafting Workbenches - Pre War and Manufactured.esp

Crafting Workbenches - Junk Items.esp

Crafting Workbenches - Ammo Special.esp

Seems to be now isolated to only the Ammunition and Junk workbenches added by Crafting Workbenches. The Armorsmith and Weaponsmith workbenches take the place of the other workbenches created by Crafting Workbenches.

Update:

Opened the mods in FO4EDIT.

In a way Gambit77 did hard code the keywords in his Weaponsmith and Armorsmith workbenches..

The keywords used to make the categories in his Weaponsmith and Armorsmith workbenches are a part of ARWKCR!

Crafting workbenches still uses keywords for its categories that are not a part of ARWKCR.

Ok, so I have some of the AE categories showing up, though I don't think it's entirely correct because I'm now getting a "Capsule" category. Probably something to do with Snap'n'Build. Chemistry seems to be ok with all clothing showing up under Utility. The lights category is showing up with the proper "Misc Lights, Wall Lights, Ceiling Lights" categories in the workshop. Weaponsmith and AE have different categories, though they're both showing "Capsule" category. I've added in the Personal Patch Emporium to the mix and my current load order is:

I still don't have the Institute Objects unlocked. Not sure what the deal with that is, but it's a minor issue with most of my stuff showing up now. Still have some tweaking to do, though. So we'll see. I'll leave that order for reference.
