However, all opinion based records MUST be of another person from the person who is suggesting that record. You can't suggest a record on your own terms unless you ask a friend or whomever to do it for you.

I was going to nominate myself for being the only member, who has never been a moderator/administrator, that had a topic in the "Forum rules and strikes" section. Well, before I asked it to be moved again.

 

I knew a member, that his/her stats showed that he/she joined before the Nexus was even built. I just can't remember his/her name.

Found it! It's Surenas.

 

Long ago on his/her profile, his/her join date is stated to be 1 January 1970, older than the site. Now, it seems he/she has never joined. I even made a topic about it: http://www.thenexusforums.com/index.php?/topic/206776-what-is-wrong-with-surenas/

 

Unfortunately :rolleyes: , he's/she's banned (for a good reason, though.) This member doesn't think he/she should get the record.

I just found someone who might really be the oldest member on the Nexus. (in age)

 

Her username is "prensa" and according to her profile page she's 80 years old! :blink: (a lot older then Bben)

The sex of the he/she that has posted in your own former topic that exclusively has dealt with her is a she and you know that too.

Actually she was one of some three thousand folks that have already joined the Nexus precursor forum, low IDs the Nexus machine could not date properly. The problem is solved now. You won't find an active member from before the beginning anymore.

The nomination of Dark One sounds strange because under normal conditions the founder is always the first member of his forum.

Here's one for your records: Longest romance between a couple that met on Nexus: Carah and Malachi Delacot. We first started with comments, PMs, etc 8 may 2008. IM and phone calls soon followed, then flights from Canada to USA. We are engaged and talking serious about her moving here by end of year. No date set yet for wedding.
