Thankyou Gambit! I'll have a look around for that. Definitely worth a try at this point.

 

I did actually manage to narrow it down to one mod that was causing it not to load though, i can now start my main game, just not with that mod in there unfortunately....so that's a quick fix at least but yeh...i need something more permanent. I do really miss that particular mod.

I had been searching for it, and actually found that one, but didn't think it was the one you meant. Couldn't find anything else that seemed right either so i'll admit, i kind of gave up looking.

Hi guys, just discovered this topic two days ago and unfortunatelly i'm using some of the mods you said can cause troubles, just like SSEx and indeed I have some troubles with missing items in menus and incompatibilities...

So i tried to remove some and load Homemaker instead. Failed! Of course FO4 crashed and it takes me one hour to go back to previous situation.

Anyway, do you think it is possible to clean savegames with F4SGE from these mods and then use recommended ones?

SSEX works just fine. You forgot to remove the patches that depend on it.

Sorry, but not really helpful.

in fact Snap"n Build was crashing my save.

I tried anyway to edit my save with F4SGE and removed references to Snap"n Build.

then removed it from NMM and load the game, no problem.

Now I can add Homemaker and other better mods, and it is much better, finally I retreive some missiong items.

 

so F4SGE works really fine.

Haven't used it yet (since I haven't been playing and / or modding Fallout in the past weeks and probably won't anytime soon), but I'd put it in the Weapon Modding section according to the example load order and as far as I can see, that's also where Gambit77 put it in his latest load order posted on Armorsmith Extended. I'll edit it in the original post.

Hey Wax. Any insight on where to load Weaponsmith Extended?

Same section as the weapon crafting probably. If not, then weapon mods, and it would probably be good to have it load before the other similar mods.
