There is many farms, guards, clean water and trade going on. The DC looks like a leigit city since it has docs, a school, traders and everything. And it looks more built, not the scarp towns in FO3.

Yes, but I don't see anything in the .swf for doing that, I'm really wondering if Beth even thought about Load order.

 

there are no "button Presses" to adjust the LO.

 

I'm also assuming it will ether redirect you to Bethesda.net or have some sort of in-Game browser.

 

Again I'm just curious because this file was not included before patch 1.4

You also abbreviate DC: Do you mean Diamond City [The major city in FO4] or District of Columbia [the pre-war name for the setting in FO3]
