The fact that they could release a remaster of Skyrim with console mod support and still not have the current issues with FO4 bethesda.net mod support fixed, therefor causing Skyrim mod authors to hide their mods or quit modding entirely. If Bethesda's response is some legal circus instead of, oh, actually trying to moderate the mod site, then I can see why DDP would choose that course of action.
