moho25
FYI, you can actually still log into the forums. There's just no posting permissions and PMs have been removed.
krlewis321
Edit: I rescind. I will zip a file for you as soon as it is ready. httrack likes to keep my log info >.< I will send you a link when completed. Thank you so much! And is there anymore grepping I can do for anyone? I thought of adding a column for category but I've noticed it's often inaccurate: http://social.bioware.com/project/3252/ This is a Mass Effect mod that is listed under DA Character Mods. There doesn't seem to be a ME mod category and everything is under DA.
moho25
And is there anymore grepping I can do for anyone? Pulling the project names associated with the ID would be great, like I said earlier. Then I can add them to the new sheet. Also, you can still help with inventorying. If you don't want to contact authors, that's fine. Other folks can jump in and do that part. There doesn't seem to be a ME mod category and everything is under DA. Categories are unreliable indicators for all mods, which is why we aren't tracking them at all. There are mods which have been released listed under "Planning", and mods for ME2 listed under DAO. *All* Mass Effect mods are listed under other games, since BW never created separate game categories for them (since they don't own Unreal). moho25
@Tarshana -- Btw, nice job getting an eighth of the way done already. Pretty amazing effort since you and Creeper have done most of the work <3 Good news is that it'll get easier the further through the inventory we get. Since we're sorting by downloads, we'll reach a point where there's no downloads b/c the mod was never released. At that point we're done, as those mods don't need to be inventoried :)
Tarshana
MohoFish- I like the page as it is. I do not understand how google searching works or why the site is on the 7th page. I believe we just need to keep checking to bump it maybe? The more hits we can give it the better. I was going to do more posts this week but I had to check the downloads vs what we have in case page numbers changed. Only 2 projects swapped pages so now I can continue where I was :) krlewis- even though mods are listed under "DA" on the project site, we list them under the ME tabs on the Spreadsheet :)

At that point we're done, as those mods don't need to be inventoried  I don't know if this will help, but this is a list of all the projects that contain download links for files hosted on BSN(in "http://social.bioware.com/bw_projects_file_download.php?project_file_id=X" form): https://www.dropbox.com/s/d9mr11ru6naqptz/bsninternaldownloadlinks.txt?dl=0 This is all the projects that don't have them, (though they may have links to places like mediafire. I haven't checked): https://www.dropbox.com/s/drfgckwrz3zr072/bsnnointeraldownlinks.txt?dl=0 And I don't know if any of you have Firefox, but if you do or would like to try it I think a better way of going through the projects manually would be by using the add-on Flem. You give it a list of URLs and then can browse through them one by one by clicking an arrow. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/flem/
Tarshana
I have been using Chrome :) have you seen the spreadsheet yet? I just went through to make sure I had not missed any entries using the "Downloads" option from BSN. Thankfully it is still up. I am still compressing the several hundred gb of data >.<
CreeperLava
I'm back ! Forgot all about this for a week .Nice work krlewis on the data lists, very useful. Now we just need a way to check which projects have been inventoried. I think the VLOOKUP function should be able to tell us that ? Also, adding a URL column in the "Complete Project ID List" tab, with each project's URL, would be useful. You'd go down the URL list, and use that method as the main one. It's better than the pages method we had earlier. Edited August 29, 2016 by CreeperLava

I see. Please try not to do that in the future, as there's no way to guarantee readers who have already read your posts have seen the edits. I'll look into getting that added. moho25
@krlewis -- I need one set of data it doesn't look like you've pulled. I need a complete list of all project IDs, project name, and author with a delimiter in between. Don't strip anything out. If there's no author listed, that's fine. The field can be blank. If you can insert "unknown" that also works. The project ID list that I currently have in the spreadsheet contains 4210 projects. According to your data should be all existing projects. This should form the base inventory. Additional restrictions, filtering, conditional formatting and data pulling should be in the context of this list, but I need this master list first.
