JimboUK
I can't say I've heard of an emulator, I doubt it's sort of thing we could discuss here anyway. I'll be getting Mass Effect 3 on the 360 or PS3, pre-owned so EA don't get a penny.
hector530
i doubt this game will ever have mod tools. modding pisses EA off.
FastBlackCat
I played the demo yesterday, and I have to say I really like the game. So I'll be getting it, but probably like Jim_UK I'll wait and buy a preowned version.

Dark0ne
So are they no longer planning on releasing mod tools?
yoba333
On Amazon, the digital download for this game is only $50.99, 9 dollars cheaper than Steam. I'm not sure if having to play through it on Origin is worth it though.
Pronam
So are they no longer planning on releasing mod tools? I don't know about that yet with their post launch talk. But most know how 'post launch' promises are a vague area. Edited January 29, 2012 by Pronam
JimboUK
So are they no longer planning on releasing mod tools? They've been all over the place with their announcements, first there wasn't go to be any, then there was, then they said there wasn't because the tools they created the game with are proprietary and they can't afford it, now they've moved on to maybe after launch. I don't think they know what they're doing.

Our master EA wants more money, so we must make DLC!, and no, no mod tools for no one. END OF LINE""Alright, I'll just tell them that we are thinking about it, maybe more people will buy it"
Lisnpuppy
I don't know about mod tools but I know that (and this may have been mentioned) you have to basically have an originally purchased game to be able to access some quest and the N2 armor from ME3 if you did the demo thing. So their way of combating the pre-owned game thing I guess. edit: ok just saw Hector's post..sorry!!
