It could've been a site hickup, or a connection issue, or you would've been shown an error, if you for example tried to post it somewhere where posting was not allowed. I don't know if it is possible to see the thumbnail of an adult mod if your profile is set to forbid such content, but even if not, it can be offensive to other viewers in the room when using the search function. Possibly even put one in a NSFW situation. Maybe this is not an issue, and is well under control, I just thought to voice this small concern of mine. Thanks. From there we can request the author of the mod replace the image with something more suitable, since they shouldn't really be showing anything NSFW in the preview thumbnail.
