The hair is from sg hair pack, I don't think you can find it on nexus

A while back I remember seeing a mod here on Nexus that gave you a targetable spell that can be used on NPCs to change their hair. It would choose a different heir style everytime it was cast. It used Apachi hair mod.

 

I tried looking for it alot, but I can't find it.

[weebles wobble but they won't fall down]

i thought it was skyradio, but maybe a weapon mod

came with a punching bag that can't be knocked over.
