wizardmirth
Morrowind is certainly the "Beatles" of fantasy RPG games, at least for me. Someone mentioned Suikoden 2 - that game is highly addictive to say the least. Its not as big world open-ended as Bethesda games, but definite "honorable mention" for it from me. JohanSutherland
Planescape Torment Nice. I was expecting to see that here. That game is mind blowing. Love the team you can make, such unique characters   Baldur's Gate II Yay :D Me I can't really choose. Basically Baldur's gate 1/2, Icewind Dale 1/2 and Planescape Torment are one the same level for me. Similar rules and mechanics, but a wildly different experience from one game to another. Rich story, awesome characters and places, epicness and such a complex and interesting combat system.  Neverwinter Nights 1/2 and Kotor 1/2 come right after. Great mechanics, epic tales, I recommend them to any RPG lover out there.   Dragon Age: Origins is probably my favorite RPG of all time. I can't recall any other game I got so immersed in other than that one. The world, the lore, the characters all of it drew me in like nothing else. Truly a masterpiece. It's a shame that all of its sequels (especially Inquisition) were so terrible. I agree, Origins was superb. What didn't you like about inquisition? I hated the restrictions on the equipment and the huge-ass weapons, but aside from that I thought it was pretty well done. IAmDarkPhoenix
DAI was the first RPG that I ever played and liked. It's what sucked me in to the who Dragon Age series as well as got me to try other RPGs as well. I'm still limited in my experiences and always looking for suggestions about more to play, but Dragon Age Inquisition is my favorite for sure
Trasher54
My all time favorite RPG games are The Witcher series and Skyrim from The Elder Scrolls series because these games are addictive and fun. The Witcher series got me into knowing more of its lore and buying the novels that take place before the games. Skyrim, on the other hand, got me into game modding. :)
Squidruler
When it comes to RPG games I have 2 favorites which are Tales of graces F Mostly because the gameplay is fun and the story made me shed a few tears here and there and my other favorite is Megadimension neptunia mostly because it has 3 stories in one, A ton of things to unlock, and the music pumps me up when I get into a battle.
