Yeah, title describes it all. Fortunately, nothing's broken.

Ouch. When did it happen?

I almost got crushed by a bus once. That was not fun... :ermm:

Well, get better! Just ask if you need anything!

In fact, here! Have this Get-Well Card:

And the best part is you were able to ride your bike home while the SUV had to be towed.....

Glad you're alright Wolfman. No shock setting in or anything?

Got hit one New Years Eve, in Portland Oregon, by a cross town city bus, at full speed, after my dad turned wrong way into a one way street. Fortunately we were in a black '61 Chrysler New Yorker batmobile. Those fins cut that sucker to shreds! Bus passengers injured: 6. Us : walked away, though shaking. Happy days!

Thing is, I'm not even injured enough to sue the guy for hitting me....just a cut on my finger and a scrape on my hand.

Can't say the same for my Bike. It'll be out of commission for a few days........

Where do you live?

I worked in car insurance adjusting claims for like 8 years. If he is at fault then you probably have some money coming to you. Without having to sue.

It is called pain and suffering...unless your location prohibits it.

I live in Canada, where lawyers generally aren't commission.

Besides, although he is clearly at fault, suing is based on visible damage.

With insurance here you dont have to sue to recovery pain and suffering. Did you have a cut?

I would at least look into it if you are interested. I assume this guy turned it into his insurance. You could have you parents talk to the auto adjuster. (is your bike messed up?)

Just throwing it out there for ya.

Glad you are OK even if I would like to whip your butt sometimes! :)

I joke of course.
