beastinair
Hi beastinair! When his disposition is high enough there is a part in which you can ask him if he wants to know more about you. After completing this dialogue you can start flirting with him. Then he will ask you to go to Whiterun. It is not neccessary to complete the first or second main quests of Shezarrine to reach this part. To raise his aproval faster you can give him gifts. He will also give you gifts. Hey thanks!! How can you give him a gift and what counts as a gift? When you talk to him choose the option 'Onmund, I have a gift for you' (or something like that) and then your inventory is going to open, choose the gift you want to give him from your inventory and that's all . Look at the top left part of your screen, it must say something like 'Onmund thinks he is closer to you' after giving him the gift. I use 'A Matter of Time' so at first I didn't see that so pay attention if you are using something like that . The option to give him a gift appears after some hours in game, I haven't really paid attention how many, let's just say 72 hours (remember this is an example). So every 72 hours in game the option is going to appear. Just talk to him and select the option every time it appears. If the option to give him a gift doesn't show up there must be something wrong.Hope you understand me. English is not my native language. I've had this mod for a while and I never had this dialog option... I do have the most recent update and I never changed my relationship with him via another mod, so he shouldn't be broken, I hope. There's also the mod itself that isn't overwritten by anything and I did tried parting ways with him and ask him to follow me again, and nothing changed. I hope I won't have to restart my game to fix this... On another note, I do feel like my relationship with Onmund did change: when I talk to him, he often asks if I have anything sweet to say, and he did say something suggestive when I talked to him naked once. But truly, I don't know if all this means anything 'cause in the end I feel like I haven't progressed at all whit him. Same situation here
anbeegod
Same situation here If he says 'Got anything sweet to say", then it means you're on the romance path. Do you see the notification "Onmund feels he's closer to you"? Have you told him your story which led to Onmund asking your opinion about him? GreyGeekster
Really enjoying this mod! Onmund's voice acting is superb and he is an interesting and kickass companion. Question about available quests in this Prologue. I finished the Eye for an Eye quest and simultaneously progressed the romance track whilst completing a lot of side quests. Are there any other vanilla questlines (outside the CoW) that need to be completed before Onmund's next quest will be offered? I wasn't planning to do the main vanilla questline for the umpteenth time, but I can if it's required. Right now I seem to be stalled with no new Onmund-related content. Onmund's disposition and acceptance ratings are 50+ but I'm not sure if those are a factor.

The rest of the main quests are not in the Prologue, but to start them when the next part is released, you need to either destroy the Dark Brotherhood or complete Hail Sithis. Thank you for that quick reply! I am concerned his next side quest isn't firing, since I've spammed the available dialog chains, and given gifts at every opportunity, racking up those "Onmund finds this agreeable" points. FROnmundDisposition and FROnmundAcceptance values are both 50+ and there are no new dialog topics to follow through. Any advice?
GreyGeekster
Does anyone know how to get Onmund to speak to you on your date in Whiterun?Hi dbg321, I had an issue with that as well. For me it seems to have been caused by my not having discovered Whiterun prior to my arriving there with Onmund. When we entered the gate the scene was playing between Adrienne and Whatsit about outfitting the Imperial army and I think that kept the Onmund date scene from playing. So I reloaded and had him wait outside the gate until I had gone through once on my own. Hope that helps or that you were able to find another workaround, because the date scene is charming! I've been seeing that notification randomly after completing certain quests. Last time I saw it was after completing Peryite's quest (specifically right after killing the main boss in Bthardamz). I exhausted all dialogue options with him. I haven't gotten the option to tell him my story

Remember this is still a BETA version.I have had some issues (not many) with this mod since the sixth update before that everything worked fine for me.With this last update (seventh) I experienced missing voice dialogue. I resolved it by doing a save and reinstalling the mod (manually). I don't know what caused that problem in the first place but after reinstalling it I haven't experienced it anymore. The idle dialogue of Onmund only fires when I load a save game (all the other kind of dialogue works fine and I've never had any problems with them), have you experienced a problem with that? If so, do you know how to fix it?May I suggest you two (beastinair and superfi24) to check load order (of all the mods you have installed)? I use LOOT myself but it is important to pay attention to what the author of the mods say about the order of their mods too. Another thing that I could suggest is to share your list of mods. Maybe anbeegod or someone else could see if there could be some kind of problem with other mod. Unless anbeedod tells you it is safe I don't recommend trying to clean this mod with TES5EDIT. Hope you two can resolve this problem 'cause it's a nice mod. Edited April 29, 2018 by Dixanan

Hope you two can resolve this problem 'cause it's a nice mod. Shezarrine is at the very bottom of my load order, but I'm pretty sure I know what the issue is. I started Skyrim with a save game I got from the Nexus. What I thought was going to be an alternative start turned out to be a "pseudo-save" of sorts. The main quest had already been completed (which I liked since I can't stand the main quest) but the rest of the major quests (Thieves, Dark Brotherhood, College, Civil War, etc) hadn't. When I downloaded this mod and I first talked to Onmund at the College he gave me the "you returned from Sovngarde" dialogue and both my character and Onmund behaved as if I had just returned from Sovngarde. So because of this I never got to hear any of his dialogue with the main quest and its likely the reason why its taking me so long to progress through the romance stage and even the second part of Shezarrine. Not sure if this is what it is or if its something else as well, but that would make sense.
Dixanan
Yes. That would really make sense. What a shame! :ohdear:I understand how you feel about the main quest, I don't like it either and I truly dislike Delphine. I've been thinking about installing this mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/84989) but I'm not sure. I don't want to change anything because of fear of breaking this one.
