There's something appealing about this one - at least for me there is:

"Ask whatever you want. If I don't know, I'll make something up."

(An ancient elven poem)

When the elder trees become week and fall dry, our kingdom hold may die, but the ages long ago will never die, people will never forget, our ancient tales, of the old and dead.

(The saddest part was this was based off of the ancient fires of ancient continent Arcadia.)

More technically this poem was translated from greek and was written in ancient greece based off the mythological event of the fall of arcadia.

I suppose this happens when you have seven sundays in a row. ^_^

"We don't have two hearts, one for animals and one for humans ; we have one heart or we don't have any."

A word to the wise. For example, "A word to the wise: never sign a contract without reading it first".

A word for the unwise is to stop trying to be wise and you will become wise yourself.

An insult.  Drakefell01's way to tell someone to shut and go away.

I have got that Matrix itch.  I keep fighting off the temptation to scratch at the back of my neck. 🙃

I am not a fan of sports metaphors, but this one kind of sticks with me ...

"Punting is always an option, but there are better options for first and ten."
