The next person has two things they do every morning. Wake up and go back to sleep.

The next person oftenly organizes barbecues parties.

Miss -- though I've certainly taken part in some. 

(In particular, my neighbors organize a block party most years for National Night Out, and they use an open-edit Google sheet to keep track of who is bringing what kinds of food.  The URL is on the print invitation; if we want to bring something, we can see what categories don't have much yet, and add ourselves accordingly.)

The next person has been to a neighborhood block party before.
