Aksi20100418
So I just found out my NMM doesn't work anymore.I download Vortex. Uninstalled NMM and all the folders that had mods associated with it to start fresh. But then when I opened Vortex, all these plugins from NMM stays. They won't go away. What should I do? Someone please let me know how to delete them if possible.Thank you!
BigBizkit
Hi, That would be because you still have plugin files in your data folder. Vortex will pick up on any plugin (esp, esm, and esl files) in your data folder. It sounds that after NMM stopped working, you did not actually uninstall the mods, which explains leftover plugins in your data folder.

Hi! I found them!I deleted all files except for the files that start with Fallout4, or DLC.I figured those are original files which I should leave alone for now. Will try. Thank you! Pickysaurus
It may be safest to purge your mods in Vortex, delete the data folder and reverify through Steam. But if it's working fine you may be ok.

After cleaning out your data folder, you may want to go to Steam to verify the integrity of your Fallout 4 game files
