LunarStain
A few things happened that may have screwed things up to where my plugins wont deploy. When installing the latest Vortex, it prompted me to move my mods folder out of the Fallout 4 install folder. I did so keeping the new location on the same drive and selected the new folder path in Vortex. However, now when I open vortex, all plugins are disabled with the only message I get being "This list may be outdated, you should deploy mods before modifying it.". Prompting a redeploy does nothing and manually turning on each plugin will tell me it is enabled, but will not load when I load the game. This is also true for mods I updated or installed after the update and relocation of the deployment folder. Upon restarting Vortex, all plugins are again disabled.I must be missing something stupid. Any suggestions?
AugustaCalidia
What is the path for your mod staging folder, and what is the path for your game? Have you tried to purge your mods and then redeploy? I don't know if that will help, but it won't hurt.
LunarStain
I moved it for the root folder in x86 to My Documents. There is no option to purge mods. The button is not visible on the top bar.

This is what the taskbar on my mods page looks like: (I removed the attachment in order to stay within the upload cap.) What options are available in the taskbar on your mods page? (My apologies for the small picture. I don't know how to enlarge it.)

AugustaCalidia
yeah, I'm updated to the newest version. I have no purge option Did you ever have the purge option in your taskbar, or did it disappear when you updated Vortex? Could you send a picture of your interface settings? Maybe there's something there that needs to be turned on. Here's what my settings look like. (I removed the attachment in order to stay within the upload cap.) LunarStain
Thanks for pointing that out. Unfortunately after purging the mods, I tried to deploy and the are all still not functioning as before.
Pickysaurus
Can you start the game with just the vanilla files and DLC once purged? Does that load correctly?
afroblademaster
posting a comment because I'm having the same issue with Oblivion, but only some mods won't work, other's work just fine. The mod that ISN'T working, did work before, but i uninstalled it for a bit than went to turn it back on, but it hasn't worked since.
