HadToRegister Posted October 26, 2019 Share Posted October 26, 2019 I made up a handy chart to show how Mod Managers handle each step of the mod process.As you can see, once the mod is installed, the Mod Archive is just a 'delivery package' and is not necessary AFTER the mod has been installed.-HOWEVER- if you uninstall the mod, you'll have to restore the MOD ARCHIVE you downloaded in order to reinstall it.If you can, just backup the Download folder to another drive, or external drive, due to the volatile nature of mods, some mods not be available for download again if the mod author removes them Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
