Help Me Find The Conflicting Mods?

well installed NV Ultimate on GOG got a bunch of mods, when i use nvse it causes instant ctd. When I don't it just wont launch the game, could be a mod problem as loot doesn't see any issue and tried verifying game numerous times.

Well, Fallout Redesigned is a character overhaul, and Fallout Character Overhaul is also a character overhaul.

So, those two are definitely fighting each other.
Fallout Character Overhaul (FCO) also Requires Unified Interface Overhaul (UIO), as mentioned under the Requirements section of the FCO mod page.

You're also using Mission Mojave a Community Patch, along with YUP a Community Patch, so those two are fighting each other as well

Did you install all of those mods at once? What you need to do is install one, or two, mods at a time and play the game for a bit to make sure they work. Then add a couple more and test them. If you run into problems with a mod it will be one of the last that you installed. It will simplify troubleshooting.

Where did it say that ? Because this was the only thing in a positive light about the 2 working together I saw ...

 

"FCO esps and FCO masters. Technically they will work with my mod but it is strongly encouraged to disable all of them to get the best results and to get the correct version of this mod."

Please see the 'Vanilla Load Order' entry in the 'First Timer Advice' section; and the 'Common Game Problems' section of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article.

If the problem persists, then see either the 'Solutions to Starting the game problems' or the 'Solutions to "Crash To Desktop" (CTD) problems' sections in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide.

I recommend anyone read the entire "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article to understand the differences between this game and others you may have experience with; especially if this is your first attempt to play a modded FNV or it's been more than a year since you last did so. It is designed for someone who has never played a modded PC game before, so it tries to avoid making any assumptions.
