skizevil
Been using Nexus a while, and this seems to be a new thing. I understand the desire to push the service of premium as running a site isn't free. However, I will not be one participating in premium. I did not at first glance see the option to automatically start the free download. With something like 100 mods on both Skyrim and Fallout 4, when something gets updated it's incredibly tedious to add one more click every time. SnowFox35
I think the added annoyance to downloading mods now is part of the incentive to buy Premium. It sucks and it is tedious, but I don't think they'd let us bypass one of the hurdles for free.

DoctorKaizeld
Not really scummy, they gotta pay for the site to keep it going some how
Anonoymous
All it essentially means is that downloading mods in bulk for a large mod list for something like Skyrim is going to take a hell of a lot longer. Put your MO folders on a hard-drive and never use the site again for anything other than updates to mods, it makes reinstalling and modding games like Skyrim a lot less of a hassle. Part of the thing behind the extra screen is to prevent "site scrapers", which had been happening a lotWhere someone uses an automated script or program to download mods en masse, by the hundreds or thousands, in order to post them to a site that charges money for them
Pickysaurus
It is the same number of click as it was before the change when author checked the "Show requirements when downloading" option. The conversation is drifting off-topic. Closing the thread.
