Vortex Mods Enabled and plugins enabled, but recent download mods not in game

So I have my mods enabled and the plugins enabled. Most of my mods work. Recently, I downloaded a few more mods, and the mods are enabled and the plugins are enabled. However, they are not enabled in game. Below I will put some pictures so you can see the problem. I have even created a new save(in-game), but it did not work.

i'd ask the question of why you're using vortex and the in-game POS mod manager for the same game?

That's only going to end one way - and it ain't good.

Make your choice, Vortex or the in-game mod manager, not both.

Agreed. Your issue is using two conflicting mod managers. IMO, the in-game one sucks. It will mess up your load order every time.

He isn’t using two different mod managers, it’s only Vortex. The second screenshot appears to be the mod list in game, which appears to be a problem on Vortex’s end. (Vortex says it’s enabling the mods, when it’s really not.) I’ve had the same issue, pretty sure it’s something to do with the mod manager.

Then how would you advise fixing this?

By never opening up the in game mod manager, it has NO WAY of knowing what Mods Vortex has installed, so it will always show as disabled in Bethesda's Mod Manager.

You're chasing your tail worrying about mods installed with vortex not showing up in the Bethesda mod manager, they are two separate things, and every time you open up the in game mod manager you risk screwing up your Vortex mods.

Then ingame mod manager or mod list or whatever you call it should not be used in conjunction with either Vortex or MO2. Period.
