Hi,

 

Iv'e never had issues with Nexus downloads in the past , even on a much slower connection. This is new issue for me any help would be great as it is quite frustrating!

Sorry to hear about this. Does the problem persist?

 

Considering the speed is reduced for all servers this may be a problem with something along the route between your PC and our servers.

 

Do you have access to a VPN? If so can you see if you get the same speeds using that?

Would appear my suspicion of it being my ISP seems to be accurate. I bit the bullet and used a vpn...needles too say you're servers work flawlessly. Seeing this is a common issue right now im gonna have to assume its related to high traffic from the pandemic, I never had this issue until recently. Also side note Moddb I had the same issue, also now relived by a VPN lol. What I find interesting is what traffic they are rerouting, and what traffic they are not. For example Steam I get my full speed always...very frustrating!

It's absolutely horrible right now. I just moved to Florida and the speed on the website is so slow... it took 3 minutes to load ONE PAGE and that's on 1 Gbps download speed.

 

It's happened before, but that was in Illinois and it cleared up eventually. It hasn't cleared up this time.

Are you talking about downloads or actually loading pages and browsing the site? Our metrics show no slowdowns or issues on our end with the website so I don't think that's on us.

I'm in Florida but I use a VPN, and and I usually get something around 10-20/mbs, downloading small mods is pretty instantaneous
