"Extensions Update. Please Restart To Apply Them" Message on Vortex Start

Version 1.3.1. Past couple of days, whenever I start Vortex I get the above message when I start Vortex. I restart. Get the same message, every-time............. Thanks.

On the Vortex dashboard there is an announcement dated 8/3/2020 about your issue. Have you tried the solution offered there?

Nope. That's not it.

Delete the older xEdit extension folder. I suspect that's the problem.
