Vortex will auto-detect you have the game installed ( if you setup Vortex properly ) and will ask to install skse64 for you.Take my advise ( seeing as you struggle with this ) : Let Vortex guide you in this process, hard to fail it this way. Make sure that STEAM, Skyrim Special Edition, and SKSE64 are NOT set to Run as Administrator. For whatever reason, people want to run Games etc as administrator when there's no need to. Sometimes you can screw up your "chain" of programs, by having everything "Run as Administrator"So, shut down steam, check the Steam.exe, turn OFF "Run as admin" if it's set to run as admin, and so the same with Skyrim Special Edition exe, and SKSE64 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
