RokHel
Firstly, I'm not here to make any requests nor any sort of a battlefield for what has happened recently. I am most likely just as in the dark as a lot of people are after finding out that some of the BEST and major mods on the game skyrim SSE are gone along with an amazing creator. I don't know what exactly happened either, only some assumptions.I do however want to simply say a big thank you for the creator of mods like Majestic Mountains, Blended roads, (new) landscape texture mod, Underground dungeon texture overhaul, and some others. I personally don't know the creator, but it seems like the negativity that surrounds the nexus forums by newbie/careless modders/users really does take a toll on the mod creators and this here is a perfect example of it. The fact that he held out for so long is amazing. Always answering posts in a caring and helpful way to everyone who needed help. So I have nothing but respect and love for the guy, who did so much for the community. Therefore, thank you T4gtr34um3r for everything you did !I think widely this is a major loss for the community but all of us have to accept it and understand the decision he made, ultimately caused by the part of our community. So if you know him or used his mods, then please do leave a thank you or something positive for him :) I'm sure he needs it. gnarly1
I understand that dealing with unreasonable/entitled mod users can be demoralising but saying that people are 'literally raping the image space' is a pretty ridiculous over-reaction. It also seems that he is using the sins of a few to justify 'punishing' everyone.
U89aADkllj
Such a shame. I'm one of the thousands of silent users of T4gtr34um3r's mods.
blehmeh
I'm only commenting here, because I thought T4 was an exceptionally nice person, and extremely patient, considering some of the outright rude comments that he very politely answered. I remember telling him I would have ripped some of these people a new one, if they had talked to me the way they spoke to him. It would have been better if he had stayed retired like he had initially planned, but he tried to fix some issues with textures or ENB interaction, I dunno exactly. Anyway, I'll miss his mods, but I'll make do with substitutes. I don't normally care if people leave or not, that's their right, I just liked his Majestic Mountains and again, he seemed like a nice guy. Zanderat
I have no idea what happened. But I have used and appreciated his fantastic and indispensable mods. A true shame.
ADParker
It is a shame. I too don't know what happened, other than what T4gtr34um3r wrote in their removed mods.It was a rather extreme reaction to remove them, rather than simply abandoning them or something. But of course, without context, I can't say if that was a justified reaction or not.It can't see how it could be, seeing as it effectively punishes potential new users, and current users (assuming updates would have come out) who played no part, and are entirely innocent and ignorant of whatever went down. But, when it comes down to it, the mods are thers to do with as they please. It is a real loss for this community though. maximuminfinite
I agree, it is sad that something like this happens. I certainly think that if users can cause this much stress / angst and anxiety, that something should be done so users don't end up pushing authors away whether intentional or not. Mod authors are human too and like any art works they have rights to their work and dignity. I certainly do have an appreciation for the works of these authors which is why I am careful and read the mod desc page as much as possible. Ex what the author expects from users, permissions that sort of thing. I made a post earlier about how something should be changed and the wording left it to misinterpretation. It was not meant to address mod authors so much as to put owness on what the users can do to make the community better. A change to the site in that sort of sense, like user community guidelines to follow so there is respect and etiquette. So something like this never happens again. HadToRegister
It's always a shame when a few trolls get a modder to punish the entire community by removing their mods. The only winner in these scenarios is the trolls, everybody else loses.

Also, the Nexus already provides mod authors with tools to prevent mod users from repeatedly engaging in negative ways.
