With the new year comes a lot of "ones to watch" lists on various gaming websites. What games are on your watch list?

For me:

  1. Borderlands
  2. Diablo 3
  3. Operation Flashpoint 2
  4. Aliens: Colonial Marines
  5. Demigod
  6. Obligatory "lulz" Duke Nukem Forever

I still maintain a single cocked-eye on the progress of Star Wars: The Old Republic regardless of how much I say I wanted KOTOR 3 as I'm sure many will no doubt emulate. And how dare me mention an MMO first. Besides that though, the only titles of note currently stirring my interest are the upcoming sequel to FEAR and a Chronicles of Riddick game. Beyond that, I'm only slightly interested regarding the curiosity that is Street Fighter IV gracing the PC. I haven't yet seen a Japanese PC port with acceptable NA support (the latest Konami's Steam port of SH5; miserable) so I won't hold my breath.

Not looking forward to anything. Cannot keep up with what I have and sure don't want to get excited over something down the road that I probably won't have time for either. LOL. With my house addition project taking 6 months, I don't think I will have time for much of anything for a while.

I'm not looking forward to much this year (most of my gaming is done on consoles).

1. Diablo 3 (never played Diablo I or II, so this looks like it could be a fun experience)

2. Star Wars: The Old Republic (keeping an eye on this one, could be a good game)

3. Guild Wars 2 (doubtful since the beta test didn't go ahead yet)
