Vortex 1.3.22 Downloading/Installing Mods Issue

Personally, Vortex always worked fine for me for a long while with zero issues until yesterday. I began seeing the same error appear. I even looked up the error on the Internet to see if there were solutions (there weren't much), but nothing solved it. Not even fixing my Windows Firewall, which were often mentioned in older topics posted here. So, here I am respectfully seeking help because I don't understand any of this.
I'm using Vortex 1.3.22 on Windows 10 x64 (64-bit). My PC setup is a GeForce GTX 960 and an AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core Processor. I'm trying to mod Skyrim Special Edition with Vortex. As it currently stands, I only have 16 mods installed.
1) Every time I download a mod for SSE, I receive a "Download Failed" error message. This happens on every single mod I attempt to download!

2) I click on "More" and then "Show Details" and it says this on the mod I was attempting to download/install (plus any other mod):

I tried a different browser (Microsoft Edge) and that didn't work. I uninstalled/reinstalled. That didn't work. I am at a loss. I hope someone can help me resolve this and make sense of this, please (I don't understand any of this). Thank you in advance for your time and help.

I'm getting this as well, but for Fallout 4, not Skyrim, only able to download small mods (Sub 20mb) without it deciding to pause the download or just say "Download failed", worked fine until today.

I'm also getting this issue with SSE, new downloads are able to last around 10 seconds (~15mbps) so mods that are around that size are able to be downloaded just as ChaosBlackwatch said, I'm not sure if it matters but I'm using chrome, I only say this because when I used the fix now button for chrome links and restart both chrome and vortex as well as deleting the failed downloads then attempt to redownload the mods they last for around 30 seconds (~80mbps) before failing. Any attempts to restart downloads without deleting the failed downloads automatically fail.

Yea, I'm also having this issue. Tried downloading mods fo Fallout 4 yesterday and the problem began occurring at about 2:30-3:00 am-ish. Tried several computer restarts and an internet restart as well and still having the same issue.

It'd be really helpful if people described exactly what was happening, or posted Logs, and what the problem is, rather than just adding "Me Too"

My Issue and associated error message are the same as the thread author's, hence the "Me Too" reply, as you put it. Do you have any help to offer... or? Seems like a network issue on Nexus' end, but I'd be happy to provide any info that would be helpful in this case.

Similar to the OP, having the same error in Vortex 1.3.22

Same IP address. Same port information. Different application (SDV). Because it has worked previously in this version of Vortex, I'm wondering if its something like the SSL Certificate on 185.180.13.131 has recently expired or something similar.

Most likely, as has happened before, it's just a temporary problem between the API and the server or something similar to that.

Maybe this helps? I am having the same issue and this is what I got as results with server connection trace.
