How I roll with Vortex

Yeah, I've thought about it, the problem is it's one of these cases where fixing it is infinitely harder than doing it right in the first place because we'd still have all these existing "load before" rules that users have set up already.

We'd either have to go through all rules for all mods in all games and invert them the next time you start Vortex after an update - which introduces one big opportunity for things to break.

Or we leave the "load before" rules functional, still display them but don't let users create new ones - which could be pretty confusing.

Yeah, that's going to be quite the challenge for not very much reward.

Not a big deal if load before remains. I never have used it, though.

Like the rest of you, I have never used the "load before" option. However, as Zanderat has already said, it's no big deal if the option remains. Furthermore, it can even serve at least one useful purpose - to verify that the "load after" rule has taken effect.
