Cyberpunk mods not working

I have been told that you have to pack mods but i looked that up and it doesnt show anything. can someone please explain to me what packing mods is.

Packing mods means simply adding them to some sort of compressed file (.zip. 7z, etc.) in a manner that a mod manger will use correctly. In the case of Cyberpunk, mods must be packed to extract at the root game level. Hope this helps.
