Although I do still miss the naked nymphs and the topless prositutes from Daggerfall my vote would be to keep nudity to realm of the mods. That way if you want it, you can add it the way you want it. My selection would be adult female butt naked. Adult male down to their skivvies and leave the children fully clothed.

Make no mistake I am very serious when I say, I want to thank all the beta testers who are now working so feverishly to find and report all manner of bugs dealing with game play, the UI and game control. Sorry that you had to pay for the privilege. I will surely buy the game in a month or so when all your hard work comes to fruition and the final production patches become available. If anyone does work on this I hope they take out the decapitation by blunt weapons and replace it with something more appropriate to a crushing blow. It just doesn't look right to see a hammer take off a head like was an axe .

By definition a two step approach pressing Q then pressing the required number is not the equivalent of a 'hotkey'. A 'hotkey' would by pressing a single key bypass entering the fav menu and directly equip assigned weapon or spell

What was it that bothered me the most about Oblivion? Two things really. First there is all the complaining about 'Optimal Leveling'. Never understood power gaming and the need to hit all 5s every level up. All skills reach 100 eventually. I just kind of took my time and leveled from what I acually did. When I found a mod that did that, I jumped on it. The other was late in the game every highway man was all decked out with dwemer plate and 2h sword. Where did they find it all? I thought they were missing from the world of Nirn for hundreds of years. Was there a Dwemer factory hidden somewhere in the mountains? Had they returned just to arm highway men? Maybe I should toss in a third, the ugly underwear as that was another early mod download.

Looking at the health/endurance statement and it just doesn't seem right to me. To me, endurance and stamina are basically two terms meaning the same thing, staying power or how long one can perform a task before weakening. Whereas health relates directly to how much damage you can take before you die. Simply put my prefered attribute list would look as follows. + Strength + Dexterity Health Magicka (willpower) Stamina/endurance Never played Darklands but the skill system sounds incredible and very realistic.

I'm looking at the racial abilities and thinking there is room for improvement. I would have liked to see some penalties assigned. Something like Khajiit -10 2-handed or Orc -10 to all magic skills. I'd really like to see work like this; no matter how strong a Khjiit becomes he can never use the biggest war hammer to the same degree as a weak Orc. Conversly no matter how fast the Orc becomes he'll never catch a slow Khajiit.

So unless Steam can be deleted from my PC once it is used to authenticate my game disc I am permanetly saddled with a potential trojan. This along with other concerns is making me very uneasy. It is certainly not a trojan and I think it's offensive to paint it with that brush. In fact spreading such rumors without proof comes very close to advocating piracy, which is a bannable offense here. -myrmaad

Mankar Camoran's Paradise, also known as Gaiar Alata, is not the Summerset Isle. It is a *daedric plane* created by Mankar Camoran using the Mysterium Xarxes.

I'd be very interested in playing that. It'd be the definition of an Epic Game... not only lands we haven't been to yet, but a complete updating of all the lands released so far... I can't imagine it could be published ina traditional sense... more like a persistent world you'd log into run on Beth's servers - not MMO just a solid persistent world. Todd & the gang has to have at least TALKED about this... It would be more cost effective for them to make that MMO. I also want this but the amount of time and money that would be spent on it, it coudln't be a single player game. Maybe as time goes on the resources will become available to do this but at this time it would be impossible to get the company on board without a subscription to the players. 20 years time-- TES: Everywhere. I agree - it'd have to be a subscription based model but it wouldn't have to turn into an MMO. Persistant world, content updates, etc doesn't mean you have to deal with the random 12-year griefer. And what about TES: Nirn for a name? Can you even imagine what it would be like for the modding community to take this sort of thing on? Forget about the persistent world, etc but just the idea of a fully integrated TES world? Put THAT in your pipe and smoke it. You're not inTES anymore.

I want to see the resurrection of the Aylieds so I'm hoping for there is another one. Hopefully it will return to orginal form and all the things that have been left out since Morrowind will once again be included. Improve don't exclude.

Thank you for saying so well what I too am thinking. I will add to this that since Daggerfall, Beth has taken the path of tossing out elements instead of improving upon the short coming of the previous chapter. Attributes and spell creation are now among the latest victims.

Of bigger concern is there seperate body types for the individual races human, elf, orc, argoian and khajiit. My understanding is that they do not. They all use the same body type. Whether that body type is adjustable, I do not know. Would be nice if it is.

I'd like to see truly legendary epic spells with animations like lvl 8 & 9 spells from Torment. You know the snap my fingers and you die spells Symbol of Torment, Conflagration, Mechanus Cannon and my personal fav Celestial Host.

I agree with pavy. Good game no doubt but awsome remains to be seen.
