  1. right first of all, ESM files should Always be up the very top of the load order, you have 3 mods that are above these, thats no good. all mods above AAF should be Placed Below it. Continued - ( (Click on the *Show* button to view Content - the *Show* button is next to the word *Spoiler* click on it)) Here is my own load order, which you can match with your mods compared to mine, hopefully to give you a very good idea of where each mod type should be: My Load Order i have not had a single issue with that load order, which i manually sorted every single time i add a mod.
  2. you can upload images to https://imgur.com then paste the link here. (on that site simply click on New Post *The Green Button at the top of the page* then on the window that pops up, simply click on browse, navigate to where your images are then, upload, once done, copy either the address or the the link that appears when the image is uploaded and paste said link or address here) so yea do that now, i kinda need to know your active load order. takes images of your NMM plugins, and then paste here as per above line.
  3. 1. first of all is your game setup for modding ? Go here: C:\Users\Your Computer Name\Documents\My Games\Fallout4 Ensure that Fallout4Custom.ini Exists, (If It Does not, create it, by opening Either Fallout4.ini or Fallout4prefs.ini, delete everything inside either file, and click on file, Save As and name it "Fallout4Custom.ini" (Without Quotation marks) then simply click on *Don't Save* (for the Fallout4.ini or Fallout4prefs.ini file) now inside Fallout4Custom.ini Add this below: [Archive]sResourceDataDirsFinal= bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 now in the same location open Fallout4.ini, and CTRL + F (sResourceDataDirsFinal) Ensure that line only says this: sResourceDataDirsFinal= so basically nothing is written after the Equals Sign *=* now your game is setup for modding. Continued - (Click on the *Show* button to view Content, i put a spoiler so my post does not take up the entire page, all information in the spoiler is relevant - the *Show* button is next to the word *Spoiler* click on it)
  4. pretty sure microsoft fixed the 4gb vram limit quite along time a go now. believe it was somewhere in 2017, it was originally part of a beta update, that users had to opt in for, but i am pretty sure it has made it into a public update by now (if not then wtf microsoft. not that affects me though stiil being on the magical windows 7 xD). i could be wrong however as i do not and will not use windows 10. not too mention that the 4gb vram limit is actually only for 32bit applications. so in other words both fallout 4 and skyrim special edition does not and never had a 4gb vram limit. as they are both 64bit applications (which supports a practically endless amount of ram). only those that was on windows 10 and played oldrim, were affected by the 4gb vram limit. so the key question is, are you definitely sure you are on a 64bit edition of windows 10. also SLI could be causing issues in fallout 4. try disabling sli, and see if that fixes or at least improves the game. running sli has its own potential issues, from bad scaling, to Dual GPU running worse then a single GPU, you also have the potential Heat Issues. and you are also running the game at 4k Monitor Resolution, with some Demanding mods (having a quick look through your mods), this will consume a lot of memory very quickly. i mean just running the game completely in 4k textures can easily exceed, 8GB Vram and 16GB System Ram. so while you do have more, if you was to have your entire game in 4k textures, as well as 4k resolution, you could very well hit your GPU Max Vram @ 11GB (as SLI does not stack Vram) and of course you are on windows 10, so you have a lot of redundant services eating your resources, and other windows 10 crap, consuming availble resources, so the maximum amount of availble resources you thought you had is much less. their is a very good chance that you are definitely exceeding the so called 4GB Vram Limit (especially as this limit should not even apply to you, unless you happen to be on windows 32bit, which i cannot imagine you would be with the hardware you have), easily. so whatever you are using to monitor the Vram Usage clearly is not showing the correct numbers. also putting a 4GB Memory limit on a 64bit application would be a major flop on microsoft behalf, i highly doubt they would be that stupid. also the Creation Kit is a 64bit Tool, so any mod made using this tool would not be a 32bit mod and all tools you mentioned would be 64bit programs, as they would have had to be updated for 64bit applications. even so, even if they were/are 32bit programs it would not affect the game's memory management, and likewise would not impose a memory limit.
  5. "You meant, create the shortcut ( f4se_loader ) and place it our desktop" No i literally meant what i said, drag the shortcut to your taskbar, preferably next to the start button, then you don't even have to double click on the f4se shortcut, you can single click on the f4se shortcut. "now all you need to do is launch steam each time after a system restart" every time you boot up your computer or restart your system (Via Pressing the Reset Button on the Tower Case, or Pressing Start - Shutdown - Restart Computer), you load steam, then once steam has loaded, you click on the f4se shortcut, it does not get any more simple then that. Note: Look at the very first line directly underneath the quote 2 posts up from this post. it says what you need to do, add the second line of my reply to the first line.
  6. I highly Recommend CBBE along with Bodyslide and Outfit Studio, to fully customize your character build. (CBBE is for female characters only though, but even if you play as a male, you can still get the benefits of CBBE for every single Female NPC, including Companions, as you get to fully customize female characters, which likewise also affects clothing and armor for cbbe bodies, as long as said clothing and or armor comes with bodyslide files. which the majority do)
  7. is scrap everything at the very bottom of your load order, if not it should be. also did you select the ultimate edition in the fomod installer, if not you should do xD also download place everywhere mod if you dont have it already (you really should have it however if you like to create settlements, or do any form of house building, it is an absolute must have if not mandatory mod, for anyone interested in creating, building, settlements, in fact anything related to using the workshop. the options this very mod offers is magical) Place Everywhere --> https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9424 so yea try the above first, and if it dont solve the problem, continue on below. getting bushes inside building does sound like a mod conflict, and because they was not there before that is why scrap everything wont detect them, and likewise wont be able to scrap them, the only way to get rid of them, will be to disable pre-combined meshes, however this is highly not recommended, as it will cause severe framerate drops. can you list all of your mods, you are currently using, so i can get a good understanding of how your game is setup. and to see if you have any mods that are potential conflicts.
  8. should be in *fallout 4 technical support* forum with the said, list your mods, and we will try help further once we have this information if you have an excessive amount of mods, use spoiler tags: [*spoiler]Your Mod List[*/spoiler] - (remove asterisks after open bracket, to create spoilers)
  9. if their is no fusion cores, or the fusion cores are depleted, this will force you to walk in power armor (instead of running in power armour) in other words if the power armor is creating a bleeping noise, this indicates their is no fusion core, or the fusion core is depleted, thus you will be forced to walk in power armour. (this is also indicated by a red flashing light in power armor)
  10. fallout 4 master files, are also classed as mods. Fallout4.ESM <-- is most likely the active mod NMM is referring to Total Plugins: Refers to every single active ESP and ESM file - which includes downloaded mods, and Fallout 4 + DLC Files Active Plugins: Same as Above Total Mods: Refers to every single mod you have downloaded (Via Nexus or mods added to NMM) as well as Fallout 4 Master Files, this also includes mods that do not have ESP and ESM files, such as Retexture mods that only have loose files. Installed Mods: Same As Total Mods, but activated Active Mods: Same As Above
  11. right click on f4se_loader - and select *Create Shortcut* - (the option above *Delete* and below *Copy*) then you can drag the f4se_loader (shortcut) to you task bar, now all you need to do is launch steam each time after a system restart, then click on f4se_loader (shortcut) icon, and you will then launch straight into the game. bypassing the steam game launcher, which then means you did not launch the game as far as steam is concerned, and thus steam will no longer update fallout 4. Warning!: do not attempt to load the game via Steam, via Fallout4.exe, or Fallout4launcher.exe (Otherwise it will update the Game, thus breaking F4SE). only launch it via F4SE or its Shortcut. Note: ignore Asteriks, i use them to highlight important relevant words to the reply Note: a Shortcut is a duplicate of the original file (without the relevant data), that allows you to launch the original file from a different location via the shortcut.
  12. "Several times during gameplay, i have tried to equip armor and/or clothing and it causes my game to freeze completely" the majority of clothing and or armor mods require a certain custom body (Such as CBBE, JB Body, etc etc) do you have the required custom body for the mods in question ? if said armor and or clothing mod does not include a base custom body and you do not have said custom body, the game will likely crash/freeze. as the custom armor/ clothing will not work on a vanilla body. Also many clothing and or armor mods, come in high resolution textures, such as 2k and 4k resolution, if your computer specs cannot handle these resolutions your game will freeze/crash and perform terribaly. as the resolutions will drain a lot of available memory, if you hardware does not have a lot of memory, this will result in game freezes, but could also result in crash to desktop, and at worst system freeze/hangup (however if the only high resolution textures you have are clothing and armor, then the chances of major issues, is incredibly low, as each armor and or clothing will not use that much memory at all, as oppose to the entire landscape being in 2k or 4k resolutions) "One other thing that occurs is when using the armorsmith bench. If I select a recipe to craft, I cannot back out of the recipe" this is caused by having excessive entries in any Workbench, the simple fix to this, is to open console and type: "slm 14" - (without Quotation marks, this will open the character customization menu, click on ok, and you will be able to exit the workbench) link me to said clothing and or armor mods, and i will double check them for you, and offer help further. (simply copy the link of mentioned mods, and paste in a reply, if its an excessive amount of clothing and armor mods, use spoiler tags) [*spoiler] List of Armor and Clothing Mods[*/spoiler] <-- (remove the asteriks after the *Open Bracket* to create spoilers) Note: to open console, press the tilde key on your keyboard, tilde key = ' (the @ key, next to the hash key) also list all of your mods, as well as your system specs, so i can see if your mod list requires more power then your computer can handle, freezes is almost always caused programs requiring more power then your system can handle. in this case it will be mods. Note: the most Demanding mods are as follows: ENB, Reshade, Weather and Lighting Mods (Such as True Storms, Vivid Weathers, Enhanced Lights and Fx, Ultra Interior Lighting) and 2k / 4k texture overhauls. (thats high resolution and ultra high resolution textures respecitively and the absolute most demanding will be 2k and 4k monitor resolutions.
  13. First of all Delete the RaiderPAChopShop_Pamap.esp Patch, you do not need it (Because you have the Raider Overhaul Mod) ok now to fix the horizon patch, download Armorsmith All DLCs Patch (need it so you can delete it as a requirement later) Armorsmith All DLCs Patch -->https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/2228?tab=files <-- (on this page press CTRL + F and Search For *Armorsmith All DLCs Patch* and download any version of it) Download and install it, and place it higher in the load order then the horizon patch (Otherwise it will not open in F04Edit) now download F04Edit --> https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/2737 now open F04Edit - on the *Master/Plugin Selection* Right Click on the Window and Click on *Select None* - Now Find the *Z_Horizon_ArmorsmithExtendedDLC.esp*, and tick the box next to it, then click on ok wait for it to load the data, as indicated on the right window (Background Loader Finished) - on The *Left Pane Window* Click on the *Little Plus Sign* Next to *Z_Horizon_ArmorsmithExtendedDLC.esp* - then click on *File Header* Scroll Down to *Master Files* on the *Right Pane Window* and look for Armorsmith All DLCs Patch.esp - Right Click above this file name and click on Remove. (Now you have Successfully Removed the Master File Requirement for that Patch, which means it will no longer be in red. and the game will load now.) Note this is what it should look like: Master File <-- Right Click Here and Click on Remove to Delete This Master File Requirement. MAST - Filename Armorsmith All DLCs Patch.esp DATA - Unknown 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 Note: to save changes you must close F04Edit, and ensure that the box is ticked next to the file you just modified, and now the file will now be modified, and will no longer require the All DLC patch, which in turn removes the red text, and allowes you to now be able to run the game  Note: The patch in question has Armorsmith Extended As a Requirement, so if you download the latest version of Armorsmith Extended it already has Full Support for All DLC, so the horizon patch should work with it.
  14. list what mods are in red, and i could probably help you identify which mods they belong to
  15. 1. Have you deleted any mod recently in an active play through (preferably scripted mods) 2. how big is the latest save game files
  16. it is caused by *Enhanced Lights And Fx* if you have that mod. (i had the same issue, and it turns out ELFX makes the elevator and Metal Door invisible) however it could also be possible, to be caused by any interior lighting mod. Note: Cage Door as in the Metal Gate that opens up when you exit the vault elevator into the vault. (Dont know what you would call it lol, but the thing that lifts up as the vault elevator reaches the floor so you can progress into the vault.)
  17. refresh the page, i edit my posts an excessive amount (never satisfied with my replies, so i keep editing them until it looks right xD, unnatural force of habit). use spoiler tags for your load order: [*spoiler]load order goes here[*/spoiler] <-- (remove the asteriks after the brackets to create spoilers) its red because the mod in question has the missing/disabled mod as a master file. which means that mod will also need to be disabled/deleted.
  18. *armorsmith and all dlc patch* is now redundant as of version 4.0 of *Armorsmith Extended* (this mod will only support all dlc now, thus rendering that extra esp obsolete) as for raiderpachopshop.esp (which refers to *Raider power armor chop shop*), that has always been redundant since you already have *Raider Overhaul* mod which includes said mod as part of the main bigger mod (Raider Overhaul) *Raider power armor chop shop* was made as an extra mod, for those that don't want the entire Raider Overhaul mod, accordingly. their is a bright side to this however, you can now save a lot of esp slots, granting you potentional to have many more mods. the down side of course is currently their will be inconstancies, and pamap not working on other power armor related mods. alternative mods, i would strongly recommend Fallout 4 War Tags (gives power armor Very High Quality Badass Paint Jobs) not really sure if that is what you looking for though. Fallout 4 War Tags --> https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/17103 <--
  19. that file is from an older version of PAMAP, which does not seem to be available, it seems to be version 1.0 of the mod. however you can download the french version of the mod which includes that very file you are missing (but this will of course most likely conflict with the newer version of said mod). in other words: PA_Materials_Paints.esp is from Version 1.0 of PAMAP mod. which means them patches you are using, are for an older version of said mod which is no longer available. so them patches are made redundant, unless you can get the older version of said mod. the newer version has renamed all esp files, and most likely changed or added new content that the patch would probably not work on. i do not use these mods btw, i just researched them for ya. (not even heard of them until now) Note: PAMAP = Power Armor Materials AND Paints
  20. what 3 mods are being disabled btw ? i ask so i can see if i can try and replicate the same issue. or at the least have a better understanding in why 3 in particular are being disabled i will also point out that every mod after 255 mods will be disabled so that could also be a potential reason, if your ESP/ESM count is in excess of 255 Active Mods (Only Applies to both ESP and ESM Files) every additional mod will be disabled. as the max limit for Active Esp and Esm files Combined is 255. this is a hard limit
  21. oh right, if you are on the forums, simply click on the User Name or Display Picture of the Person you wish to give Kudos to, (this will take you to their forum profile) and then on their forum profile page, click on *Nexus Profile Page* (the *Link* underneath the user *Overview*, on their Forum Profile Page), and their you will have the option to *Give Kudos* as well as the ability to track them, add as friend, and view their uploaded content (Mods, Images etc etc) however if you wish to give someone kudos who is not in the forums, you can click on their name, anywhere outside the forums, and this will take you straight to their nexus profile page, and their you will have the option to *Give Kudos* (same as the above) Basically clicking on the Username Or Display Picture will take you to their Nexus Profile Page. (Which is where their content will be, and likewise the options to, Give Kudos, Add as Friend, And Track their Activity) you can only give kudos to them via their actual Content Page (Nexus Profile) not via Forums (Which would be the *Forum Profile*)
  22. if the above dont work you can also try this below: Go to C:\Users\Your Computer Name\Documents\My Games\Fallout4 Open or Create Fallout4Custom.ini in that file add this below: [Pipboy]bPipboyDisableFX=1
  23. the side affects of removing a script based mod from an active play through (it cannot and should not be done), the scripts will still be active but non-existent. (especially applicable to follower mods, as the mod will be constantly active as long as you have followers.) their are apperently tools that have a slim chance of helping, however their is no such thing as a clean save, you can only re-create them new game may be your only fix. as i understand it, unlimited follower framework, modifies the follower script, which is also what controls everything else, such as follower commands, etc etc. so removing unlimited follower framework, may or may not restore the original follower script, thus causing ghost records, and the game will still attempt to load the now ghost script, and cause issues, as you are experiencing here, with the invalid/non-existent dialogue entries (which of course are commands). so even if the original script was put back in the script folder, because you are in an active play through, the game will still attempt to load the modified script. as scripts get baked in to the save files. so basically the modified changes are made permanent to the save games. so you have 2 options, 1 you could extract the followers script from 1 of fallout 4 master files (i do not know which 1 however) and replace/put in the script folder, and hope that fixes the problem or you start a new game. which will refresh everything, and very likely fix the issue with followers. also i recommend *Amazing Follower Tweaks* for your multi companion needs (their is limit of 5, but that should be way more then enough active followers at any given time, this limit does not include custom followers, so you can have more then 5, with custom followers), it offers that and so much more. never had a single issue with it either.
