Try manually downloading and installing the .NET 6 from here: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/runtime-desktop-6.0.8-windows-x64-installer .NET 6 and .NET Framework are two different things (although badly named). Vortex is reporting that you either don't have .NET 6.0 or that the install is damaged.

Half Life mods do have a home here: https://www.nexusmods.com/halflife Vortex only supports the mods it has extensions for, as Half Life only has 10 mods on the site it hasn't been a priority to add support for. I'm not sure what to suggest other than contacting your ISP. The tests show there's no speed cap applied to your connection from our end so I can only guess that your ISP is throttling specific links, or otherwise messing with your traffic.

Thanks, that really helps. But is it possible to add at least "Other" option for Fallut 4 mods, like Skyrim have. So that when downloading FallUI, clicking on "translations" you can quickly find it. That's the change that I've already explained is more involved than it sounds. I've raised a ticket internally, but I'm not sure when our devs will have time to look into it.
