Hi there, As you're the only one reporting this issue, it's possible there's a connection problem between your PC and our web server, or something in your local setup. Is it just images you're having issues with? Do other parts of the site take a long time to load?

I have moved your thread to more appropriate forum.

We're looking at streamlining our upload journey as we agree it's become far too detailed for simply mod uploads. However, an image is still an important part of your upload as it shows a preview of your file or allows it to stand out in search results.

There was some kind of delay at PayPal's end last night. It fixed itself before our staff woke up by the look of it :)

I believe your timescale is set in the INI settings. You should check those and also see if there are any INI files in your data folder that might change it. This isn't a Vortex problem though so I'll move your post to the Skyrim support forum.
