  1. Hi there, Thanks for the suggestion. I'm afraid the IPBoard software we're using for the forums doesn't currently support this feature. Perhaps when we move to a new messaging system this can be a consideration.
  2. Thanks for checking, I've passed this to our team to investigate
  3. In response to post #81864173. Sounds like your Anti-virus might be messing with the update. Try downloading a new version from the site and install it over the top of your current copy.
  4. In response to post #81861268. #81861513 is also a reply to the same post. Ok, let's dig into this. Apologies if I miss anything. Could you elaborate on features you say Vortex is lacking? You go on to talk about features Vortex has that NMM lacks. You can turn off automatic deployment in Settings -> Interface Vortex does not falsely report this. either you have a mod installed that contains no files or (more likely) you have a mod install that is entirely overwritten by as a result of what you chose in "File Conflicts". If you disable the ones marked redundant, it should actually have no impact on the game (because those mods were not loading any files). Now, kormarch28... I'm sorry if you encountered bugs after updating. If you're opted into the "testing" branch in Settings -> Vortex, I would suggest switching back to stable. The test branch (as the name implies) is the bleeding edge of new features. We only mark a build stable when we are confident it's a stable build. Vortex will always try and stay up to date as we drop support for older versions (as they contain bugs we've already fixed). You can turn this off in Settings -> Vortex -> Update. It is very unlikely a Vortex update caused this, your plugins.txt file is managed by your game and is not changed when updating Vortex. Vortex is telling you that your files have been modified. It cannot tell if you did this intentionally. I'll admit the "External Changes" window could be made a little more friendly to look at but it's definitely functional. You can flag a plugin as light inside Vortex (double click in the plugins tab), which would same some of this from happening. A deployment is required because it will copy the changes back into your staging folder and ensure Vortex is still managing the new/updated files. Ok, so I have to be honest. If Vortex is telling you F4SE is not installed properly (or isn't the latest version) AND it doesn't launch from the dashboard, chances are you haven't installed it properly. The new guided install/update process should help with that (in 1.2.12+). We added it specifically because users have a hard time installing SKSE/F4SE/etc properly. It sounds like both of you just misunderstand a few things. So feel free to stop by the support forums or our Discord if you'd like some help :)
  5. In response to post #81857318. Sounds like something on your PC is blocking Vortex from accessing the internet. Check your security apps.
  6. In response to post #81823528. #81825118, #81831593, #81862003 are all replies on the same post. This is good feedback, keyboard controls are useful for accessibility too. :)
  7. In response to post #81857953. You can fix the prompt one of three ways: 1) Go into Settings -> Interface and disable "Deploy mods when enabled". This means you'll only have to see the prompt when you click "Deploy" yourself. 2) Go into Settings -> Mods -> Mod Staging Folder and move it to a folder on the same HDD as the game. Then change to "Hardlink" deployment. 3) Go into Settings -> Workarounds and locate the option to stop requiring the prompt for every deployment (should be the top of the page).
  8. Without specific examples I can't confirm, but some authors have set it so they must verify all videos added to their page, which means your link will not appear until it is approved. Hope this helps
  9. Hi there, Thanks for the feedback, I've made a note of it for when we overhaul our search system next
  10. Hi there, I've seen a report like this once before. I have a feeling that "Daylight saving time" is not recognised by some parts of the site, and they only respect the rule of "British Summer Time". Can you confirm if this only happens on the site, or both the site and the forums?
  11. Yes, as long as the creator of the original content gives you permission it's fine. Just make sure your mod is based off the assets from Steam and doesn't use any unique assets created by the first "porter" (although usually there aren't any).
  12. Thanks for providing the info, I'll forward it to our team. I'm afraid at first glance it looks like a problem beyond our control and may be something your ISP should be notified about.
  13. Sorry about that, this was a temporary issue that has since been resolved.

  15. In response to post #81828643. Please update to 1.2.15 there was a bug with OBSE having an illogical version number
  16. In response to post #81846988. It's already compatible but requires some manual setup.
  17. Sadd1967 banned. Reason: Spammer!
  18. Yeah, I'm not sure we want to delete anything. Each section is designated to a game on the site and, active or not, it is part of that game entry. If it takes too long I might ask the devs if they can alphabetise it on a database level as the forum admin controls aren't exactly made for this kind of edit.
  19. It's great to see Morrowind getting so much love. Looking at the stats it was the most mods we've seen uploaded for Morrowind in a single month since time began! A massive thank you to darkelfguy for continuing to host these events <3
  20. I've merged the other topic into this one, there's no sense in having two topics about the exact same thing in two different forums. Also, as far as I can tell there is no duplication of the Subnautica forums.
  21. Following the previous topic, I did start trying to put them in an A-Z order, but it's a mammoth task that could take me several hours. You'll notice the first 20-or-so are alphabetical.

  23. I'm afraid I don't know. I suspect an advert was accepted into rotation by the ad provider that shouldn't have been. That's only a guess though.
  24. PickledRick420 banned. Reason: Ban evasion DerinHalil, xXxSweatyMan69 as evident from your own admission and uploading the exact same mod. Generally unpleasant and abusive comments towards numerous other users using phrases like "Uncivilised mong", "cocksucker", "dumbf*#@", "Eat shît and die". As this is your second count of ban evasion, any appeal is void. Reference post
  25. Thank you all for the feedback, I believe this has been fixed (as you both say)
