Sadly, there's not anything we can do about that list at the moment. I'd definitely want to do something better with those when we finally move away from this forum software. We are talking years away though.

Sorry to disappoint, but we've turned it back on now :) Hopefully we won't have to turn it off again. It should be noted that we still haven't been able to get it to break an account in our tests, but we've put in a new error message where we believe it's happening.

The devs are currently working on a new fix that we will hopefully start testing today. If all goes well we'll bring things back online soon :)

Interesting, it seems you're being routed to the LA server, but Miami should be a lot closer. I'll poke the devs and see if they can confirm this. Thanks for the report.

We allow you to report your own posts as you can't actually delete them. So if there's something you really want deleted you can inform the staff :)

Australia does (unfortunately) have one of slowest connections to our servers on average. This is purely due to the physical distance between the country and all our servers. We did look at getting a dedicated AUS server a while back, but the price was something like 4x that of a server in EU/USA so we settled on Singapore.

Hi there, We currently don't plan on doing any kind of sales on Premium. The prices are fixed until we say otherwise. I don't think we've changed them in a long time now.

With in being a Bank Holiday (I think it's called a "National Holiday" in 'Murica?) our team wasn't at full strength today. Everything is back to normal tomorrow though, so I shall keep prodding the devs and keeping this thread updated.

It looks like things are still not quite right. We've had to disable the image share again, but thanks to enhanced logging added since the first incident, we have a better picture of what's happening when this error occurs now. Thank you all for your patience.

Are you saying the "port" has more closed permissions? (If that's the case, I'm not a huge fan of people doing that to be honest). If you haven't used any assets directly from the SE version you should be ok, however I would recommend you reach out to the "porter" just as a matter of courtesy. Without knowing for which mod you're talking about I can't say for certain. You're welcome to PM me if you'd rather not discuss it publicly.

That's not a bad idea, but I'm not sure it's a feature supported by the forum software we are using. I'll have a little poke around. Thanks for the feedback.
