I'm afraid you're using Nexus Mod Manager, which has not been supported since December 2016. I would advise you to either migrate to Vortex/MO2 or if you NMM is not up to date, try the latest version. Otherwise you'll need to report the issue here: https://github.com/Nexus-Mods/Nexus-Mod-Manager/issues

It is possible, the site is a lot busier than normal (I'd expect due to the pandemic). You may find that it speeds up a bit in times of less traffic.

Hi there, I can see as you're getting >2MB/s you're not longer being capped by us. There could be any number of things between your PC and our servers causing the slow-down. If you haven't already, could you try downloading manually or from a different server? Thanks for supporting us!

Hi there, Nexus Mod Manager has been unsupported since December 2016. Sadly, this means a recent change to the site will make the version you have unable to download directly from the site. I suggest updating to the latest NMM version or switching to Vortex/MO2 as these mod managers are unaffected by this change. If the latest version of NMM also has this problem, you can raise a bug report with the community developers here: https://github.com/Nexus-Mods/Nexus-Mod-Manager/issues

BitDefender is one of those over-sensitive pseudo-AV softwares. If you can nail down which pages specifically it gets upset by it may something like an image embedded into a mod page.

Hi there, We allow authors to choose if videos featuring their mods will be auto-approved, require manual approval or be auto-rejected. In the case of the mod you linked, you video would need to be approved by the author before it appears on that page. When selecting mods, you also need to use the mod title, not the URL.
