The voices are in the bsa archives. Did you verify inside the bsas?

If you load a mod after another mod that required the first one, oblivion works anyway. Your problem seems to be that a master isn't present in your directory. It's simple. Open wrye bash. It tells you if the mods are ok or if one or more require another mod that isn't present. Then goto to the savegame folder and check your save: on the right you will find the mods and the order how the savegames has been saved. Rebuild the correct sequence, reload the save ingame, goto the testinghall and perform a clean save then reactivate the new mods and/or change the load order. You must always save the game out of tamriel when you install/remove/change load order.

Try to delete the oblivion.ini from the mygames/oblivion folder. Don't touch the oblivion.ini in the install folder! Oblivion will recreate the file on next start. Set the video option and try again. Disable streamline if you have it because streamline changes the parameters in the ini file and even if you disable it in a second moment, your parameters are changed in the ini file. Anyway you cannot extend the grass over the distant lod. Do you know what is the normal lod and the distant lod?

I know english pretty well and i read what you wrote. I gave you a series of tips to try any solutions. But if you think it is a waste of your time to try to check if your oblivion folder is ok, i think that it is a waste of my time writing to help you. My savegames in four year of playing and modding oblivion and skyrim work perfectly.....so...be happy! Bye. -

The problem is in the terrain/lod. Are you able to open the mods in the CSE and rebuild a patch ensuring the correct lod path? It's not difficult. You can do it with the landscape editor, then create the distant lod with TES4LL (http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/40549). I created a patch myself but i cannot publish it because i merged inside it also some parts of UL so it isn't compatible with everyone. -

Probably you changed something without remembering and saves now fail to load. Try this: - install the obmm (oblivion mod manager), goto utilities, archive invalidation, select bsa invalidation and click update now (this needs to remap correctly textures path in bsa archives) - install the wrye bash, goto saves tab and check if the save and the plugins are ok - then try again to load if it doesn't work, perform these steps: - disable all the plugins and try to load the save, if it works you need to activate one plugin and test and so on until you find the plugin that stops loading - do a test to know if the problem is the save or is oblivion in general: start a new game, select a race, then when you are in the prison open the console and type "coc testinghall" (without quotes), then you will be teleport to the testinghall. Save the game and try to exit and reload it. Tell me the result. -
The path for generating the grass is only linked inside the terrain meshes and textures of the normal lod. In the landscape textures, there isn't the grass path. There is no way to tell Oblivion to render the grass on the landscape because it is not supported. You can extend the distance of grass but not over the distant lod. That's a hardcoded limitation.

Will unused NPC Base IDs cause lag?

The resources are loaded when needed. There is no difference on the performance if you have 100 non-used base objects. Oblivion loads the formid on start up and places them into memory arrays but for 100-200 objects the difference for the loading time is ridicolous. Same thing when the game engine searches an object in the collection. Probably you can have a little difference if the objects are 1000-2000. -

So you could have a problem in your oblivion.ini or too many objects on the screen (example too "far" objects). Try to delete your distantlod folder a test again (you can recreate it by the teslodgen). Another test is: disable the streamline and rename your oblivion.ini in oblivion.ini.back. Start the game. Oblivion will recreate a new ini file. Test with the standard values. -

A "let" command in the script is trying to set a pointer to a null value. I think that the problem is not the mod, but the savegame. -

Have you the Unique Landscape installed? If yes, that's the problem. Jerall Mountains and Colovian Highlands and the IC have a massive impact on FPS. It's not a hardware performance problem, but an Oblivion engine problem. -

@rac95 The image seems to be the imperial isles exiting the imperial prison. Move the xulImperialIsle.esp in the load order after or before the Better Cities mods to fix it (regardless of BOSS). -
Is there a Colored Map for Valenwood? There is only a terrain view in Dynamic Map and i'm not able to find the colored map......

The problem is the oblivion's code and ctds due to memory limit are a very known problem. You can have the better pc in the world but oblivion is not optimized to use it. The only way is using a purger like my mod Memory Purger - extended. You can find it on nexus. Oblivion is an old game and was born to use plugin but it's not ready to use them in an heavy way like today.

The world mesh of the object is missed. Export the plugin with TES4FILES. It will tell you the missed mesh file. Then I cannot help you to find that mesh because i have no idea why it isn't. :) -

You did not explain that you have the steam version of oblivion! Probably your boss is not able to download the masterlist file from the svn repository.

Boss has not full access to the Oblivion's folder. Give full control access to everyone to the Oblivion's folder and run boss as admin or extract the oblivion folder from the program files folder. Your video card is not able to build the depth buffer. Disable the depth buffer in the obge.ini.
