  2. Either will work. :) Or, maybe, call it "YAWN", Yet Another Workshop Mod. (I know, mod starts with an M, not an N..... call it "poetic license". ) :D
  3. Which mod was the issue?? It may not have been the mod itself per se.... May have had a conflict with another mod that also altered sanctuary. Glad ya got it fixed though. :D
  4. Institute represents hope? Hope for what? They have a really dim view of the surface dwellers, have absolutely no qualms about killing them, and replacing them with synths, came into the vault, killed your wife, stole your child.... and you think they AREN'T Evil??????
  5. A lot of those I have no idea what they do. :) A few more, I have never used, so, no experience with them..... Settlements Expanded I think is highly unlikely, as I have used that in the past, with no issues. The only NPC in Sanctuary is Codsworth.... so, doubt that one is it either. :D
  6. If you are familiar with xedit, might try loading up your mods, and see which ones affect sanctuary......
  7. Ok, now THAT is COOL! :D For whatever reason, I can't play the video from google drive, I have to download it, and it plays perfectly fine in VLC media player....... I just get the toilet bowl swirly in the google drive page. :D
  8. Try going here, and reinstalling the MS C++ stuff.
  9. Maybe the quieter settlements mods? Might experiment a bit, and see if it is indeed sanctuary that is giving you fits, settlements in general, or, is it just a random crash. Abernathy Farm isn't too far away, try heading there, and see if you crash there as well.
  10. Most of the folks in the institute are scientists of some flavor or other, after all, they have synths to do the grunt work around there. As they have grown up in a VERY controlled environment, not sure how quickly they would be willing to resort to violence to further their position. At least, amongst other of the institute. I would imaging that most of them have never even handled a weapon, let alone killed someone....... Don't the synths also provide security on the inside?

  12. Keep in mind, MO2 has it's own ini files that it has the game use. So, you need to edit them from within MO2. (I think) I still use NMM...... as I am actually familiar with it, and like how it works.

  14. That's weird, that shouldn't be happening....... How are you uninstalling True Grass?
  15. On mine, Task Manager has the GPU and some other useful information at the bottom. Used in conjunction with perf mon, should give you an idea of what's going on. Though the graph period only looks to be 1 minute..... (wonder if that's configurable......) I am running win 10 Pro though.

  17. I use Modern Firearms, and am very happy with it. Large selection of a wide variety of weapons both long guns, and pistols. You will want to do a merged patch for leveled lists though....... (xEdit, or Wrye Bash will handle that for you.)

  20. I was thinkin' one of the fire and forget missile launchers. :D Though, given companions penchant for tossing grenades and such, and killing the player..... maybe not such a good idea after all. :D
  21. Have you had a chat with the nifscope team? This seems like something they should be made aware of.
