  1. She isn't going to re-upload her mods here, due to changes in Nexus file deletion policy. She hosts her mods on here discord channel now though.
  2. To the best of my knowledge, a woman cannot reproduce by herself. Sure, there are methods that don't require a man to be present.... artificial insemination, for instance, but, aside from that, no, a woman CANNOT reproduce on her own. Anyone is welcome to contribute to discussions here. If no women bother to, that isn't the fault of the original poster. Nothing he can do about it. In all reality, I don't see a gaming forum as the 'proper' place to debate MANY of the topics that come up here. :) We aren't accomplishing anything, we aren't going to change anyones mind, we aren't going to change any laws. Does have a certain amount of entertainment value though..... which is likely why this forum still exists here.
  3. Can viruses be concealed in none .exe files? If you are running a decent a/v program, even windows defender..... it should scan any files you download, and if it doesn't like it, will simply nuke it.
  4. If you own the dlcs for the game (non-VR version) via steam, you should be able to verify game cache, and steam should download them for you.
  5. Are you using mods that alter crafting, or power armor, etc?
  6. Labels. Just like republican and democrat, you don't have to adhere to all of their opinions in order to be put in their respective camp. I don't like it, but that's kind of where we are. Best not to dwell on it. Ah, but if you believe the fetus to be life, then it is a human being, no? And as we all know, human beings have certain rights. Killing another human being would ordinarily be considered murder. What makes this different? And this is kind of my point. If both parties have taken reasonable steps to prevent pregnancy, and it occurs anyway (ie, unplanned pregnancies), and the woman decides to keep it, why should the man be responsible for the rest of that child's life to support it financially? It feels like a man having children is primarily a financial investment. I believe the 'legal' definition here is 'viable outside the womb'...... something like 24 weeks. (6 months..... give or take) The whole 'qualifies as life at conception' thing is likely not a topic open to discussion here, simply due to whom its proponents are.
  7. Well, how about this then. Ok, so, the internet came about in around 1985 or so. Still and all, insurance company requirements are not law. Laws weren't passed until the stated time frame. I am not going to spend any more time researching insurance requirements for parking structures, as I have better things to do with my time. Not to mention they will vary as widely as state laws, and their implementation. (I can't find anything on a federal requirement. I suspect there isn't one, and the fed leaves it to the states.) So, you did indeed imply a timeframe for said event. I was just off by a few years.
  8. Easiest way is to use a mod manager. Aside from that, just extract the three files from the archive you downloaded, place them in your Fallout 4\Data folder, activate the mod, (either via your mod manager, or, the in-game manager.... (in the launcher)) and play.
  9. It appears that you don't like the taste of your own medicine. You are objectively a serial offender when it comes to not posting sources to substantiate your claims, even when you are politely asked to and even when it would improve the quality of the discussion. What's worse is that you routinely ignore or casually dismiss sources posted by someone else in support of their points if they contradict your opinion. Pot. Kettle. Black. Well, lets have a look at his claim then. He claims the event in question happened in the 70's, (I do believe) and it was the driving factor behind a smoking ban in parking structures. However, looking at various state laws on this topic, for the most part, they weren't put into place until late in the first decade of the 21st century. Seems to me, that waiting 30 plus years to implement a law, implies that the event did NOT, in fact, have any influence whatever on those laws. Also, you can flick a lit cigarette into a pool of gasoline, and it will put the cigarette out, not start a fire. Unless conditions are 'just right'..... No fire. No explosion. Nothing. A quick hiss, and the cigarette is out. And then we also have the dramatic changes in automotive fuel system designs in those 30 years. Gas tanks, up until the mid 70's, were freely vented into the atmosphere, then emissions laws came along, and that was no longer allowed. Vapor recovery systems appeared, and the fuel system became a closed system. Vapors were captured, and then later vented into the engines intake, and burned off. So, the likelihood of there being sufficient gasoline vapor in the air to ignite, are vanishingly small. If the system is not working properly, the vehicles computer will notify the operator, and in states that have inspections, you are REQUIRED to have it repaired, or, stop driving that particular vehicle. (unable to renew registration.) I also did my own 'due diligence', and tried to find ANY information on the event. I was not able to find anything at all, not even a casual mention of it. So, you whine at me about 'citing sources', but, here you are, giving him a pass on it? Holy double standards Batman!
  10. Pro-life? Pro-choice? Are they mutually exclusive? If I am pro-choice, does that make me anti-life?? Hhhmmmm....... In any event, I believe it is EVERY persons right to choose what happens to their body. And that includes ending that life. (suicide, euthanasia, call it what you like.) The state is not the populations nanny, telling them to stay away from the stove, lest they get burned. What I find rather amusing about the whole thing though, is the republicans, that are anti-abortion, demand that every fetus be born, however, once born, it's essentially 'yer on yer own kid.' The dems, on the other hand, don't care if you are born, or not, however, once born, they feel the need to take care of you all your life, including dictating how you should be living your life...... and, of course, they will provide some minimal support.... but, try and stand on your own two feet? They will yank that support faster than you can blink. As for men 'opting out' of their responsibility....... I don't see that option ever coming about. As it stands now, it's gives women a certain amount of power over the men they have sex with..... so they have no interest in giving men an out. Curiously, given our (at one time) male dominated society, I'm kinda surprised this issue hasn't come up before...... I am not sure of the ramifications of the sperm donor signing off all parental rights for a child, I don't think it relieves them of responsibility for support though..... So far as I know, the man is responsible for paying support, until the child turns 18....... (or dies, I suppose)
  11. Some games are more easily modded than others. A lot depends on what game engine they are using, and what the game developers allow the end user to do to their games. Bethesda actually releases the tools they use to make the games, for folks to use to make mods, and the games are specifically set up to allow that. (for the most part..... :) ) Other companies have a different take on it....
  12. You wanna post in the Skyrim Tech Support forum. Its under S, in the "supported games" forum. Keep in mind, there is Skyrim, which is for the older version, and a Skyrim SE forum as well.
  13. There is a thread down in the lounge, titled "5 Downham Cres, Wymondham NR18 0SF, UK", however, when I click on it, the site times out, and if I Mark Forum as Read, this one still shows as unread..... No idea what that's all about. I would report it..... but, that doesn't seem to be an option. :D
  14. Update the driver, the installer should give you an option to do a "Clean" install, click on that as well. (it removes EVERYTHING of the currently installed driver.)
  15. How long ago did you upload them? There is a process they need to go through before they become visible to the general public. Can take a day or three.
  16. If you are running windows 10, you should be able to just go to task manager, startup tab, and uncheck that software package, and it won't start with windows any more.
  17. It's part of the game mechanics. The heavier your weapon, the slower you move.
  18. A car backfiring is about as likely to ignite gas fumes from an open gas tank. Will the insurance company then sue the driver (owner??) for not maintaining his vehicle properly? (wouldn't surprise me.... this IS america after all, where we sue each other for the stupidest of reasons....) Was any action taken against the person that was allowing gasoline fumes into the atmosphere? Or did he get a pass on leaving off a federally mandated piece of equipment from his car? That aside, my nose still works, and I understand the volatility of various fuels., so I don't really see that as much of a threat. However, you wishing me dead? That, I DO find a bit disturbing. Is your skin that thin, that you wish death on those that don't agree with you?? Wow. And you thought I was a bad person....... Also, I am not finding ANYTHING about your claimed event....... Got a link? Your interpretation of my comment is totally your own. But then, that is your stock in trade. Making assumptions and then claiming them as truth. You can't help yourself, can you? Do you lie awake nights thinking of new and ever more imaginative ways to prevaricate? Oh, so backtracking now? How else would I interpret that? Also, I note the distinct absence of anything to substantiate your claim on the Missouri man. As I can't find anything about that type of incident, at all, it leads me to believe that you are pulling a Trump, and inventing your own version of reality. But that's ok. I am well aware that we don't agree on a few topics, and you seem to take that rather personally. I actually find it kind of amusing. Some guy on an internet forum can get that far under your skin?? I hope that you aren't considering a career in politics....... More of your assumptions published as facts. You really are pathological. You assume that because you can't find something, it must not exist, and then publish your assumption as truth. Either out of deliberate or actual ignorance, you ignore the reality that events occurred before the internet and were recorded on sheets of paper. It is simply easier for you to assume others are like you and fabricate their own truth. You assume that I wished you dead and published that as a truth. You never considered any alternatives, like I might want you so broke that you can't afford internet access. It is simply easier for you to fantasize a scenario and then publish your fantasies as truth. But like I said, making assumptions and publishing them as truth is your modus operandi. And you continue apace. So, don't flatter yourself. I contend against you and your "assumptions as truth" so that others may see you for what you truly are. You should take a long look in the mirror about that whole 'assumptions' thing. And expecting me to take you at your word for an event that happened when? Before 1985 or so?? Yeah, right. Terribly sorry, when you make a claim of that nature, you should be prepared to back it up. That aside, citing an event that happen in the neighborhood of 40 years ago, as reasoning for the no smoking in parking structures, really doesn't work for me, considering those signs are a pretty recent advent, within the last ten years. (at least, around here anyway.) Something else I noticed.... you didn't post in this thread until you responded to me, in your usual condescending, I-am-better-than-you way. Are you stalking me? :ohdear: "The cleverest trick used in propaganda against Germany during the war was to accuse Germany of what our enemies themselves were doing." Joseph Goebbels, Nuremberg — 1934 Nice usage of an old standby in deflection. It isn't you, it's the people who call you out for your behavior. And what you choose to believe is of no consequence. You believe your own assumptions are the only possible truth, so your perception of what is true or false is pretty skewed. And I responded to you, because you are the only one here who was espousing behavior which was dangerous and potentially illegal. *snicker* I see there is absolutely no hope for you, so, I will leave you to it. Welcome to my ignore list. Ain't many folks on it, but, you shall have a place of honor there. Bye.

  22. Check out SKK50's mods. I think he has one that allows you to configure settlement attacks, and accomplishes pretty much the same thing.
