  1. Maybe, something got corrupt in your game save.
  2. That is some of the worst LOD pop-ins I've ever seen. I would start with disabling the usual suspects such as enhanced lights and fx mod and flicker fixer. Disable mods that affect entire DLC and touches on the base mod next. There is a lot of mods in your load order I'm unfamiliar with so I'm not going to be much help except the above advice. You might also consider converting the FAR mod to an ESL flagged esp and move it to be right under the startmeup esp as to possibly override whatever could be conflicting with the LOD meshes FAR altered as well.
  3. It is pretty strange you are having this problem considering what you are running it on. I have zero LOD pop-up issues and I'm on a real potato. I highly doubt the fault is the Creation engine this time. It is very likely an altered .ini change on your part coming from a mod/mods or a conflict of some sort between multiple mods you are using. Posting your load order might help the people on the forum to help you but with so little info given, it is pretty hard to determine where your problem is actually coming from.
  4. Yeah, issues with it were resolved a long while back.
  5. @HeyYou Yeah, lot of the power usage is from the RX580 but it is a lot of card. :)
  6. @op Just a baseline to work with. Yes, I left some wiggle room on the build so you can opt for a bigger power supply, switch hard drive, etc which are all valid suggestions.
  7. I'm not understanding why you can't use Sim Settlements and let settlers do their own thing and contributing when you want to. Or did you not bother looking for a solution to your complaint?
  8. OK, your budget is at max 1318 US dollars. Here's a configuration to consider. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/xsmLhy Revised build configuration. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/sLNY4q
  9. The Fallout 3 Vault Suit by TheFriedturkey is a good option.
  10. Try using this mod. Faraway Area Reform. Use the performance ones. Just as good as the regular.
  11. I'm not sure if you are using looksmenu but that had an update to fix issues like what's shown above.
  12. It probably doesn't help you that radscorps are pretty resistant towards energy weapons. Shooting them in the stinger with ballistic weapons like the shotgun will bring them down quickly. It is generally a good idea to take a few weapon perks for your preferred weapon. 2-3 ranks usually works fine. What are you putting your perk points into?
  13. @tm2dragon Videos would be okay but jim_UK is right about the scaling when it comes to gaming. Here's a link to a good 2k monitor.
  14. This board, CPU and memory should get you started for under 500 euros. A monitor to consider for future purchase.
  15. I think there was an LG 24' 4k monitor in your price range. Just search Amazon with LG 4k
  16. I think that particular problem was resolved prior to patch 1.5.157 so you shouldn't be having a save bloat issue in regards to energy weapons.
  17. Disable these : *DV-Durable Vertibirds.esp DV-No Levelled Vertibirds.esp *DV-Vertibird Explosive Minigun.esp Try running the game. Probably conflict between those and something else. Or possibly you are going over the scripting cache limit .
  18. Honestly, Bethesda hasn't had a worthwhile bug fix or performance optimization patch since 1.7.15. Everything after Nuka World release has been mostly for CC updates/content. They can't even be bothered to clean up their esms everytime they update. Without the tools and mods to mitigate their ineptitude, modding would be a serious chore.
  19. You are missing a tree texture so your problem is likely linked to one or more of your landscape texture mods that you have installed.
