When I select CDN I only get about 2.4 mb/s.

Strange. Your speed tests show no issues. Did you try logging out and back in?

 

If it's still slow after that I'm afraid it's most likely a limit being imposed by your ISP.

Let me know if this has anything to do with it:

 

In the drop down menu to select the server it gives me the choices of several premium servers, such as "Chicago USA - Premium". However the only Canadian choice is "CDN", which does not have any "premium" designation.

 

Also, I've tried other websites and am downloading normally, the issue seems to be unique to Nexus.

We highly suggest you try every single location and see which one works for you - the closest to you might not always be the best depending on how the routing is setup between your ISP and our ISP. If you get good speeds on another location then absolutely stick with that one. If that goes bad, try another. ISPs are constantly changing their routing tables so it can change regularly.

I don't think CDN is "Canadian". I believe it means Content Delivery Network which means it is supposed to automatically select the best option at any given time.
