Please let us revert the UI, I hate it. Also the new search feels broken, it sometimes brings up zero results when I know there are mods with the keyword in the title.

Literally this.

To be clear, I'm seeing the bulk of us are against the new UI layout and look. We don't want it fixed or a better version, we just want it how it was.

You could literally have an optional setting switch that lets you revert back to have it was before this update, call it a "Classic" UI option and the "Modern" UI option. Hell you could even come up with a load of other UI options and let people customise it.

One more question: where do all the comments/bugs/files buttons go when I upscale the site to 130+%? (no wait, I found it)

So, unsurprisingly the new fonts become actually readable instead of eye sore and dyslexia-inducing (or whatever other name you call the inability to read an uncomfortable font) only at 130% or higher scale (when I turn my screen into a mock-up tablet). That's clearly  not a "we still kept the PC users in mind when designing the new UI" concept 👁️👁️

There are still to few of us against those 1000+ positive feedback replies, according to the Nexus staff.

Some users even come here to say that they like the new UI more.

The search alone is awful. It's so big, obtrusive and clunky when before it wasn't. UI elements for mod pages are just kind of ugly and the overall design feels quite literally like a mobile website design I half-assed in college for a web design course I didn't have any interest in. It's functional, but it blows; and while one user probably doesn't matter in the long term: the fact that I don't like the website, and feel its design actively gets in my way of using it just means I'm going to use it less. Between steam workshop, individual modder discords, patreons and git repositories, this site was essentially just a convenient place to get everything in one go. When it stops being convenient I stop returning.

The decision about the colors was made years ago.  It's a remnant from when the site was more focused on a small number of games.

You mean games that have the highest views/downloads/mod count combined, right?
