Lol! I've had a few of those discussions myself. "Zelda is the princess, not the green tunic wearing guy! His name is Link!"

 

I was playing Dynasty Warrior 7 with my sister, and she always called Liu Bei, "Lui Bei", and that annoyed me muchly. "LIU, not LUI!" I think she got confused with Lu Bu and sort of mixed their names together.

 

So many funny misunderstandings...
